    摘要： A communication support system includes a command signal recognition unit which discretely detects a command signal sent by a telephone unit and a command signal sent from a telephone network, and determines whether the command signal is from the telephone unit, the command signal from the telephone unit indicating one of a plurality of telephone services of a data processing device. A signal transmission inhibition unit inhibits transmission of a signal from the telephone unit to the telephone network. A telephone service processing unit performs a telephone service processing of the data processing device for the telephone service indicated by the command signal from the telephone unit, the telephone service processing unit starting execution of the telephone service processing when the command signal recognition unit determines that the command signal is from the telephone unit.

The access-permitted directory storage unit stores as an access-permitted directory an activation directory for a process that is allowed to access an S memory (private memory). The access-permission determining unit checks whether an activation directory for a process that has requested for access to the S memory matches the access-permitted directory. Based on the result, the access-permission determining unit determines whether to accept the access request.

    摘要： A communication support system includes a predetermined signal detection unit which detects a predetermined signal sent by a telephone unit when a telephone call between the telephone unit and a telephone network is in progress. A telephone condition detection unit detects a condition of the telephone unit. A line unit disconnects the telephone unit from the telephone network and connects the telephone unit to a data processing device when the predetermined signal is detected. A voice recognition unit determines which of a plurality of telephone services is indicated by a voice command signal sent by the telephone unit when the telephone unit is disconnected from the telephone network and connected to the data processing device. A telephone service processing unit executes a telephone service processing for the telephone service determined by the voice recognition unit, the telephone service processing unit starting execution of the telephone service processing in response to control data sent by the voice recognition unit.

Each node obtains quality information indicating quality of a route indicated by the route information with respect to the received route information. Each node determines whether a plurality of route information items whose packet destination nodes are the same are received at a predetermined frequency. When it is determined that a plurality of route information items whose packet destination nodes are the same are received, each node compares quality information items of the plurality of received route information items, and selects a route information item corresponding to a quality information item indicating a highest quality as a comparison result. Each node relays the selected route information item to an adjacent node.

    摘要： A communication support system includes a caller ID detection unit which detects a caller ID sent from a telephone network upon incoming of a call. A line switching unit switches on a first line between a voice signal path from a telephone set and a voice signal path from the telephone network before the connection between the telephone set and the telephone network is established. The line switching unit switches off the first line and switches on a second line between the voice signal path from the telephone set and a voice signal path from a data processing device after the caller ID is detected by the caller ID detection unit. The data processing device has a main control unit which retrieves a caller profile from a database in response to the caller ID detected by the caller ID detection unit, and transmits a. synthesized voice signal indicating the caller profile to the telephone set through the second line when the line switching unit switches on the second line.
