摘要: A rolling bearing cage (10) having a plurality of loose segments (11, 12, 13, 14) arranged in the circumferential direction is provided. The segments (11, 12, 13, 14) comprise a main body (15) having at least one pocket (16) for receiving rolling bodies (21). At least one play compensating element (17) is arranged circumferentially between two adjacent main bodies (15), and the play compensating element (17) has circumferentially a higher elasticity than a main body (15), and the segments (11, 12, 13, 14) are arranged circumferentially without play at room temperature.

摘要: The invention pertains to a lubricant distributor for distributing lubricant to several lubricating points, with a cavity, in which a piston is arranged in a sealed and movable fashion. Several lubricant outlets, which are sealed relative to the cavity by the piston, lead into the cavity. The distributor has a lubricant inlet, from which at least one inlet channel leads into the cavity. A drive unit is provided for moving the piston in the cavity in a defined fashion. At least one channel is formed in the piston and makes it possible to produce a fluidic connection between the at least one inlet channel and one of the lubricant outlets depending on the position of the piston within the cavity. The invention furthermore pertains to a lubricating system that includes such a lubricant distributor and a lubricant pump that is connected to the lubricant inlet via a line.

摘要: A method for controlling an operating process of a printing machine uses parameters of 3-D scenes taken with only one camera. A learning phase is performed in which the object in a non-moving state and its surroundings are illuminated from different directions by different fixed-location light sources, one after another. For each illumination scene, image signals reproducing the object and its surroundings are obtained with the image recording device. The image signals are processed and an unambiguous association between object edges and object shadows in relation to a light source in each case are determined and stored. In an operating phase, the moving object and its surroundings are illuminated simultaneously by a plurality of light sources, and, from the data stored in the learning phase and the image signals obtained continuously in the operating phase, the position of the object in space is determined.

摘要: An image is recorded of the edge of a moving object, in particular a sheet, in a machine processing printing material. The illumination is carried out with an illuminating device, and an image is recorded of at least one part of the edge with an image recording device. The use of the illuminating device and/or the image recording device is substantially synchronous with the movement of the object and substantially parallel to the direction of movement of the object. A preferred illuminating device has a row or array of light sources which in each case are switched on and off synchronously with the movement of the object. The constant shadow or shadow strip produced by the illumination moves with the object and ensures adequate contrast between the brightly illuminated object and the dark background, so that the object can be segmented reliably, at least in the region of the edge, and its position, orientation and movement can be determined.

摘要: An apparatus for feeding sheets from a stack to a machine that processes the sheets and a method of determining the vertical position of stacked sheets. The method enables the vertical position of the topmost sheet resting on the sheet stack to be determined using a sensor device. Ultrasonic pulses are applied to a longitudinal side of the sheet stack such that the pulses strike the longitudinal side of the stack at an angle, and the position of the upper edge of the stack is determined by means of an ultrasonic propagation time measurement.

摘要: A method of controlling or regulating the vertical position of piled or stacked sheets, which includes determining at the leading edge and at the trailing edge, respectively, of the sheet resting on the top of the sheet pile, the vertical position of the sheet: and, depending upon the vertical position of the leading edge and the trailing edge, respectively, moving in the vertical direction at least one lifting element associated with the sheet trailing edge. The method further comprises, displacing the sheet pile and the lifting element, respectively, a given distance in the vertical direction, when a large discrepancy is found between the vertical position at the leading edge and a nominal value.
