摘要: A board-plank premixing burner port arrangement which increases durability by preventing a large force from being applied to a burner-fixing structure despite accumulated thermal expansion caused by red heat on a burner surface. A burner body unit includes partially cut and stacked plates. The plates form a gas mixture passage and a burner port, are disposed such that cut parts of the neighboring plates intersect one another. The board-plank premixing burner port arrangement has increased combustion efficiency by reducing burner port deformation, and is easily manufactured at a low cost through a simplified installation structure of the burner port.

摘要: A boiler capable of simultaneously performing a heating operation and a hot water operation and readily controlling the temperature of the hot water. In the boiler primary heating water is heated by a burner in a main heat exchanger and is supplied to a place in need of heating to be used as heating water. Secondary heating water exchanges heat with the primary heating water in an instant heat exchanger and is supplied to a place in need of hot water to be used as hot water. The boiler includes a flow regulator so that the primary heating water is supplied to the place in need of heating after flowing through the flow regulator which regulates flow depending on heating load, and is subsequently supplied to the instant heat exchanger after regulation by the flow regulator depending on hot water load.

摘要: The present invention relates to a heat exchanger and a manufacturing method of a heat exchanging pipe composing it that are capable of preventing the flow of exhaust gas from being obstructed because the heat exchanging pipe is expanded and a space between the heat exchanging pipes is narrowed due to a water pressure of heating water flowing in the inside of the heat exchanging pipe. In order to implement this, according to the present invention, in a heat exchanger with a heat exchanging pipe where heating water flows therein and that has a rectangular cross section in which a width of a side being in contact with combustion gas is larger than a height, the heat exchanging pipe has a shape for offsetting deformation by previously considering deformation of the heat exchanging pipe generated by water pressure of the heating water flowing therein. According to the present invention, when the water pressure of the heating water is applied to the inside of the heat exchanging pipe, a cross section of the heat exchanging pipe is deformed to a shape ideal for exchanging heat, whereby the combustion gas can smoothly pass a space between the heat exchanging pipes.

摘要: Provided is a method for operating a non-condensing boiler at maximum non-condensation efficiency, and more particularly a method for operating a non-condensing boiler, capable of supplying an appropriate amount of excess air for combustion of a burner, avoiding damaging a heat exchanger due to the condensed water generated at the heat exchanger, and effectively improving the heat efficiency. The method comprises the steps of: sensing a temperature of exchange water introduced into a heat exchanger and a temperature of supply water discharged from the heat exchanger and calculating an average temperature from the two temperatures to obtain a maximum concentration of CO using information stored in a controller; calculating a ratio of excess air (λ) from the maximum concentration of CO using a combustion equation chosen depending on a fuel used; checking from a combustion characteristic curve whether or not the excess air ratio (λ) is within a stable combustion region; when the excess air ratio (λ) is within the stable combustion region, setting this excess air ratio to the control target value, and when the excess air ratio (λ) is less than a lower limit of the stable combustion region, setting a minimum excess air ratio of the stable combustion region to the control target value; calculating a target value of air flow suitable for the current consumption amount of fuel based on the set excess air ratio; and performing feedback control with respect to the air flow target value and a value input from an air flow sensor. With this configuration, no condensation takes place during operation of the non-condensing boiler, so that the boiler can have increased durability, be easily assembled at inexpensive production costs, be made compact, and obtain maximum heat efficiency under a non-condensation condition.

The method includes operating the boiler and executing a combustion stroke, determining if an ambient air temperature measured by an ambient air temperature detecting sensor is equal to or lower than a first temperature, shifting a 3-way valve to a hot-water location if the measured ambient air temperature is equal to or lower than the first temperature, executing an extinction stroke of a burner if the temperature of space heating water reaches a second temperature, and operating a circulation pump and a blower to exchange heat in a heat exchanger and to discharge warm air through an exhaust pipe, thereby preventing coagulation in the exhaust pipe of the boiler.
