    摘要: An image forming apparatus includes a recording sheet type detection device to automatically detect a type of a recording sheet. A setting device sets an image forming condition by an operator. The image forming condition includes the type of the recording sheet. An image forming device forms a visible image on the recording sheet. A sheet feeding device feeds the recording sheet to the image forming device. A controller controls the image forming apparatus not to form an image on the recording sheet when the image forming condition with regard to the type of the recording sheet set by the operator does not match the type of the recording sheet detected by the recording sheet type detection device.

    摘要: A sheet detector, a sheet detector mechanism and an image forming apparatus. An image forming apparatus may include an image forming mechanism, a sheet conveyance mechanism, and a sheet detector. The image forming mechanism may form an image and transfer the image onto the sheet conveyed by the sheet conveyance mechanism. The sheet detector may be arranged upstream from an image transfer region and configured to detect the sheet. The sheet detector may include a light source emitting light, a plurality of photoreceptors, and a controller. The plurality of photoreceptors may be arranged in a line in a main-scanning direction and may include a first photoreceptor group and a second photoreceptor group. The first photoreceptor group may change output voltages when overridden by the side edge of the sheet. The second photoreceptor group may include an opposite end of the plurality of photoreceptors being out of the side edge of the sheet. The controller, which may be part of the sheet detector mechanism, may be configured to adjust a light emission amount of the light source in accordance with characteristics of the sheet.

    摘要: An operator guidance system includes a detection unit, a control unit, and an operation indicator. The detection unit is disposed in an image forming apparatus to output a combination of detection signals, and includes one or more media sensors, and one or more opening sensors. The one or more media sensors are disposed along a media conveyance path to output a media detection signal. The one or more opening sensors are disposed adjacent to an openable structure to output an opening detection signal. The control unit is connected to the detection unit to determine guidance to be provided to an operator based on the combination of detection signals, and includes a memory and a controller. The operation indicator is connected to the control unit to indicate the identified operation to the operator.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a monoclonal antibody or an antibody fragment thereof, which specifically recognizes three-dimensional structure of an extracellular region of CLDN4 and binds to the extracellular region; a monoclonal antibody or an antibody fragment thereof, which specifically recognizes three-dimensional structure of both of extracellular regions of CLDN3 and CLDN4 and binds to the extracellular regions; a hybridoma which produces the antibody; a DNA which encodes the antibody; a vector which comprises the DNA; a transformant obtained by transforming the vector; a process for producing an antibody or an antibody fragment thereof using the hybridoma or the transformant; and a diagnostic agent or a therapeutic agent for a disease relating to a polypeptide encoded by CLDN4 gene and/or CLDN3 gene using the antibody or the antibody fragment.
