摘要: A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes a display area and a non-display area surrounding the display area. The display panel includes a substrate, and scan lines and data lines disposed over the substrate. The data lines are disposed in the display area. The data lines extend along a first direction and are arranged along a second direction. The scan lines extend along the second direction and are arranged along the first direction. The display panel also includes at least one dummy signal line disposed in the non-display area. The dummy signal line is parallel to the data lines. The dummy signal line includes a first dummy signal line closest to an outer edge of the non-display area. Along the second direction, one end of at least one scan line is located between the first dummy signal line and the data lines.

摘要: Packaging method for forming the panel-level chip device is provided. The panel-level chip device includes a plurality of first bare chips disposed on a supporting base, and a plurality of first connection pillars. The panel-level chip device also includes a first encapsulation layer, and a first redistribution layer. The first redistribution layer includes a plurality of first redistribution elements and a plurality of second redistribution elements. Further, the panel-level chip device includes a solder ball group including a plurality of first solder balls. First connection pillars having a same electrical signal are electrically connected to each other by a first redistribution element. Each of remaining first connection pillars is electrically connected to one second redistribution element. The one second redistribution element is further electrically connected to a first solder ball of the plurality of first solder balls.

The plurality of the light-emitting elements is electrically connected to the wiring structure. The light-emitting structure also includes a heat sink, located on a side of the first surface of the circuit substrate. The heat sink is configured for dissipating heat generated by the plurality of the light-emitting elements.

摘要: In an array substrate, an electronic paper display panel and a drive method thereof, and a display device, a display area includes multiple sub-display areas. A plurality of scanning lines in each sub-display area are electrically insulated from each other, corresponding scanning lines in different sub-display areas are electrically connected to each other and display time of each sub-display area is controlled through control signal lines. When a control chip and a flexible circuit board are employed, only a small number of control chips and/or flexible circuit boards, or even only one control chip and/or one flexible circuit board, may drive multiple sub-display areas to display pictures.

摘要: The present disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixels arranged in an array. A region between any two adjacent columns of sub-pixels is a column spacing region. The column spacing region includes a first column spacing region with signal touch line and a second column spacing region. In each column of sub-pixels adjacent to the first column spacing region, adjacent ends of any two adjacent sub-pixels close to the first column spacing region are aligned in a sub-pixel column direction. In each column of sub-pixels adjacent to the second column spacing region, adjacent ends of at least two adjacent sub-pixels close to the second column spacing region are misaligned in the sub-pixel column direction.
