    摘要: A laminated piezoelectric transformer according to the present invention comprises (a) a laminated body formed by laminating a plurality of ceramic layers and a plurality of internal electrodes and (b) a plurality of external electrodes electrically connected with the internal electrodes and disposed on the surface of the laminated body. Further, the internal electrodes of the laminated piezoelectric transformer of the invention are characterized by having a plurality of primary internal electrodes positioned at the middle portion along the longitudinal direction of the laminated body and a plurality of secondary internal electrodes positioned at both end portions of the laminated body. By virtue of this configuration of the invention, the polarization volume on the secondary side can be enlarged and, therefore, the laminated piezoelectric transformer of the invention can step up voltages at high energy conversion efficiency.

    摘要: A surge absorbing element has a first electrode, a second electrode, and a ceramic layer. The second electrode is opposed to the first electrode. The ceramic layer has a polycrystal structure including a plurality of crystal grains showing voltage nonlinearity, and is at least partially brought into contact with the first electrode and the second electrode. The ceramic layer has a void inside therein, and surface discharge is generated on surfaces, exposed to the void, of the crystal grains, whereby electric conduction is attained between the first and second electrodes.

    摘要: An un-sintered green sheet made of first piezoelectric ceramic composite essentially including lead oxide is provided. Conductive paste made of metal essentially including Ag, second piezoelectric ceramic composite, and oxide is provided. The conductive paste partly is applied onto the green sheet. The green sheet having the conductive paste thereon is fired at a temperature lower than a melting temperature of the oxide in the conductive paste so as to sinter the green sheet, thus providing a piezoelectric ceramic device. The piezoelectric ceramic device manufactured by the method does not cause deformation or crack when the green sheet is sintered.

The telecommunications device includes: a storage section in which stored is property information that identifies the device itself uniquely; and a communications section which sends the property information to the server when communicating with the server for the first time. The server includes: a storage device; a server communications section which receives the property information; and a controller which secures a storage space associated with that property information in the storage device on receiving the property information. The controller generates account information which allows a user to have access to the storage space secured and which is associated with the property information gotten. The server communications section sends the account information to the telecommunications device that has transmitted the property information.
