摘要: A holding structure includes receptacles formed by peripherally formed side walls, an annular gap being formed between a side wall of a container or device and one of the peripherally formed side walls when containers or devices are received therein, the receptacles being compressed in a first direction and expanded in a second direction transversely thereto, with the result that the gap is widened to form a widened clearance for handling containers or devices which are received in the receptacles, the holding structure further including an upper side, the peripherally formed side walls including an upper edge which forms a closed, smooth curve having at least one local maximum and at least one local minimum in a direction perpendicular to the upper side of the holding structure, the at least one local minimum being situated in a region of the widened clearance that is respectively assigned.

摘要: A method of treating a glass cylinder for a piston-cylinder arrangement for reducing the friction of a piston on an inner cylinder wall of the glass cylinder includes: elevating surface energy of glass of an interior bounded by the inner cylinder wall and hence lowering a contact angle of the glass with water. The contact angle is lowered by: a gas discharge that acts on the glass at the inner cylinder wall and is generated by an electric or electromagnetic field; or the action of ozone on the glass surface. The glass with the lowered contact angle is contacted with water to form a water film on the contacted glass.

摘要: A positioning device for a preloading ring of a hot forming machine is provided. The device has a first holding element and a second holding element. The first holding element has a first recess and a second recess. The second recess is at a distance radially with respect the first recess. 摘要: A glass container is provided that includes a tube, a circular bottom, and a longitudinal axis. A curved glass heel extends from an outer end the bottom to the first end of the tube. The outer surface has a topography defined by a function ĥ(x) that is an azimuthal average of a distance between a contact plane and the outer surface at any given position located on a circle having the centre and the radius |x|. The values ĥ for ĥ(x) are determined for a plurality of circles the radius of which increases stepwise by 500 μm starting with a circle around the centre having a radius of 500 μm. The values ĥ are determined in a range from x=−0.4×d2/2 to x=+0.4×d2/2, d2 having a size such that at least 4 values ĥ are determined and can be fitted with a curvature function

摘要: An arrangement includes a holding device for primary packaging containers including: a first component including first receptacles and spanning a first component plane; and a second component including second receptacles and spanning a second component plane. The first component and the second component superimpose one another such that each primary packaging container can be detachably accommodated in one of the first receptacles and the second receptacles such that the first component and the second component together restrict movement of the primary packaging container in one of the component planes and in a direction which is perpendicular to one of the component planes. For each of the first receptacles, there is one of the second receptacles which has a minimum distance from the first receptacle and, for each of the first receptacles, the minimum distance is predetermined by the second component, a third component of the holding device, or both.

摘要: An apparatus for inspecting a pharmaceutical cylindrical container made of glass or polymer includes a handling device that has a first holder that holds a lateral surface of the pharmaceutical cylindrical container and includes a first support wheel and a second support wheel. The handling device moves such that the pharmaceutical cylindrical container is transferred from a first transfer position to the inspection area and from the inspection area to a second transfer position. The handling device and/or a friction wheel rotate the pharmaceutical cylindrical container around a container longitudinal axis. A first plane is defined through the first rotational axis of the first support wheel and the container longitudinal axis, while a second plane is defined through the second rotational axis of the second support wheel and the container longitudinal axis. The first and second planes intersect at an angle in a range of 45° to less than 120°.
