摘要: A process for hydrocracking a hydrocarbon feedstock comprising components boiling above 343° C. into a middle distillate fraction in the presence of hydrogen under hydrocracking conditions, comprising contacting the hydrocarbon feedstock in a first hydrocracking zone in the presence of one or more hydrocracking catalysts and thereafter in a second hydrocracking zone in the presence of one or more hydrocracking catalysts, and recovering a middle distillate product, wherein the entire effluent from the first hydrocracking zone is passed into the second hydrocracking zone, and at least one hydrocracking catalyst in the first hydrocracking zone comprises one or more hydrogenation components on a support comprising at least one large pore zeolite having a pore diameter in the range of 0.7-1.5 nm and at least one inorganic oxide, and at least one hydrocracking catalyst in the second hydrocracking zone comprises one or more hydrogenation component on a support comprising a beta zeolite and at least one inorganic oxide.

摘要: Method of operating a compression engine on dimethylether containing fuel obtained by conversion of methanol primary fuel, comprising the steps of: (a) pressurising the primary methanol fuel in its liquid form to a final engine injection pressure; (b) preheating the pressurised primary fuel by heat contained in engine exhaust gas; (c) introducing and converting the primary fuel at injection temperature of the engine and the injection pressure to dimethylether containing fuel by contact with a methanol dehydration catalyst; and (d) injection the dimethylether containing fuel at the injection pressure and temperature into the engine.

摘要: A process and hydrodeoxygenation catalyst for producing high-quality diesel and naphtha fuels from a feedstock that contains oxygen containing components derived from renewable organic material in which the hydrodeoxygenation catalyst is a supported Mo catalyst and in which the support has a bimodal porous structure. The hydrodeoxygenation catalyst has a Mo content of 0.1 to 20 wt %. The support is alumina, silica, titania or combinations thereof, and the support has a bimodal porous structure with pores with a diameter larger than 50 nm that constitute at least 2 vol % of the total pore volume.

摘要: A process for preparation of a paraffin isomerization catalyst comprising a mixture of a Group IVB metal oxide, a Group VIB metal oxide, a Group IIIA metal oxide and a Group VIII metal. The process includes the steps of: a) contacting a hydroxide of the Group IVB metal with an aqueous solution of an oxyanion of the Group VIB metal to provide a mixture, (b) drying the mixture to provide a dry powder, (c) kneading the powder with a Group IIIA hydroxide gel and a polymeric cellulose ether compound to form a paste, (d) shaping the paste to form a shaped material, (e) calcining the shaped material to form a calcined material, (f) impregnating the calcined material with an aqueous solution of a Group VIII metal salt to provide the catalyst, and (g) calcining the catalyst.
