The methods may include preparing a substrate including a first region that includes first patterns with a first density and a second region that includes second patterns with a second density that is lower than the first density or is free of patterns, forming a first hardmask material film in gaps between the first patterns and on surfaces of the first region and the second region, performing a heat treatment on the first hardmask material film such that solvent solubility of portions of the first hardmask material film in the gaps between the first patterns becomes different from solvent solubility of portions of the first hardmask material film outside the gaps, removing the first hardmask material film formed on the surfaces of the first region and the second region such that the portions of the first hardmask material film in the gaps at least partially remain in the gaps, and forming a second hardmask material film on the surfaces of the first region and the second region.

    摘要: An audio control system using near-field wireless communication permits individualized audio data output to a plurality of devices with differing capabilities. The system preferably includes: a communication unit, which includes a near-field wireless communication transceiver and transmits and receives signal for acquiring address information and device information to and from at least one surrounding device; a car-kit capable of performing the near-field wireless communication, which is installed in a vehicle to which a tag storing vehicle information is attached; and a portable terminal for performing near-field wireless communication with the unit and the car-kit, recognizing the vehicle information by reading the tag installed in the vehicle equipped with the car-kit, and resetting an audio output corresponding to the vehicle information when audio data is output.

The image data decoding apparatus may include a core to process decoding of image data, and an availability determining device to receive, from the core, availability verification request information with respect to a reference area of a first frame included in the image data, to determine an availability with respect to the reference area based on the received availability verification request information, and to transmit, to the core, the determined availability. When the reference area is available, the core may process decoding of a second frame based on the reference area.

The apparatus includes a core, a coil, a plurality of MRE supports, and a magnetic path formation member. The core has a plurality of arms disposed thereon.
