The body of the injector includes a fuel gallery with a contoured scarf formed therein.     摘要: The present invention provides a novel method for diagnosing, monitoring, prognosing and staging Lymph Node (LN) status in colorectal cancer (CRC) that is more sensitive and accurate than conventional detection technologies such as histopathology. The Guanylyl Cyclase C (GCC) gene is specifically expressed in apical epithelial cells of the GI tract from the duodenum to the rectum and the detection of GCC mRNA in LNs is indicative of the presence of metastases. Quantitative RT-PCR (RT-qPCR) detection of GCC mRNA to identify the presence of colorectal cancer (CRC) cells in LNs has the potential to aid in CRC staging. When used in combination with glucuronidase B (GUSB), accurate quantification of GCC can be achieved with less than a 2-fold variation between intact and highly degraded RNA specimens. The invention also relates to a newly designed GCC/GUSB assay that uses relative quantification having improved prognostic value for time to recurrence and relapse-free survival in Stage I or II colon cancer patients. The GCC/GUSB assay also improves the statistical power of prognosis stratification for relative risk of recurrence and relapse-free survival.

Where such a tap connection does not yet exist at hand-off, pre-hand-off actions taken at the target exchange trigger an analysis of whether a party to that communication is marked for monitoring followed by an establishment of the tap connection at hand-off if the party is so marked. If the tap connection is already in place, pre-hand-off actions taken at the target exchange trigger an analysis of whether law enforcement agency monitoring of that communication is lawfully authorized with respect to the target exchange followed by instructing the anchor exchange to terminate the tap connection at hand-off if monitoring is not lawfully authorized.

    摘要: There is disclosed a system and method for over the air (OTA) activation of a previously activated mobile station in a wireless telecommunications network. During the new activation, an over the air processor requests the data configuration of the mobile station. The mobile station may issue a first challenge to the over the air processor and in so doing transmits a challenge message including certain mobile station parameters to the over the air processor. The over the air processor then communicates this information to the network authentication center which produces a challenge return message from the certain mobile station parameters and sends the challenge return message to the mobile station. The mobile station validates the challenge return message and if validation is successful the mobile station completes the transfer of mobile station data configuration to the over the air processor. The authentication center uses one of the Shared Secret Data Challenge (SSD_C) and Shared Secret Data Subsidy (SSD_S) security locks not broadcast over the air in the generation of the challenge return message. The authentication center stores the SSD_C and SSD_S for this purpose and is advised by the mobile station on which one of these two parameters is to be used by a Shared Secret Data Select parameter indicator (SSD_Select) forwarded by the mobile station as one of the parameters transmitted in the challenge request. The over the air processor then forwards new operating parameters to the mobile station and requests the mobile station to commit to these parameters. The mobile station may then issue a second challenge to the over the air processor request to commit where the second challenge is handled by the network in a manner similar to the first challenge.

    摘要: A system and method for routing an emergency services call from a mobile station to a selected Public Safety Answering Point (PSAP) in a radio telecommunications network. The system intelligently selects the PSAP from a plurality of PSAPs, warns the selected PSAP that the emergency services call is coming prior to routing the call to the selected PSAP, and provides the selected PSAP with advanced information regarding the context of the call. The emergency services call is received by a serving mobile switching center (MSC) which determines that the call is an emergency services call and sends cell or sector information to a service control point (SCP). The SCP includes a PSAP selector which selects the PSAP based on such information as, for example, the location of the mobile station, the Local Access and Traffic Area (LATA) in which the mobile station is located, the time-of-day, and the day-of-week. The SCP then sends an alerting signal to the selected PSAP and includes a tag and information relating to the context of the call. The SCP then returns the tag and the identity of the selected PSAP to the serving MSC which determines the PSAP routing number and delivers the call to the selected PSAP.

This request is made through use of an inter-exchange information request message issued from the anchor exchange and sent (perhaps through one or more tandem exchanges) to the serving exchange. Responsive thereto, the serving exchange processes the request, obtains the requested call related information, and returns the requested information in an inter-exchange information request return result message. The information request message may comprise a newly defined ANSI-41 message, a vendor proprietary extension to the ANSI-41 message set, or an enhancement to an existing ANSI-41 message.

Inter-exchange messaging is provided for distributing from a second exchange to a first exchange information on the service capabilities supported by a cell serviced by the second exchange. Using the distributed service capability information, the first exchange may identify, in the context of a potential inter-exchange hand-off, whether to request that cells serviced by the second exchange be instructed to make verification signal strength measurements. Furthermore, responsive to received verification signal strength measurement reports, the first exchange screens candidate cells based on the distributed service capability information to select an appropriate target cell served by the second exchange for hand-off.

    摘要: Feature dispatching within a wireless intelligent network is provided by routing feature request messages to a service control point. For example, such routing is made to bypass transmission to a home location register for the mobile station. Alternatively, such routing is made by the home location register to dispatch requests relating to service features provisioned to other nodes. Still further, dispatching of requests to the home location register is made by the service control point for feature request message implicating certain service features.Feature arbitration within a wireless intelligent network is provided by involving a service control point in call set up and delivery. In a first instance, a request message for a routing/roaming number is sent by the home location register through the service control point. In another instance, the home location register queries the service control point as to whether a service feature is implicated by the call set up and delivery. For each case, the service control point provides appropriate instructions to the home location register for handling of the call.
