    摘要: A process for producing a thermoplastic resin film, the process comprises the feeding step of feeding a molten resin containing a thermoplastic resin from a feeding device; and the film formation step of continuously compressing the molten resin between a first compression surface and a second compression surface that are included in a compression apparatus to form a film; wherein a shielding member which shields the molten resin from a flow of external air prevents the molten resin from being affected by a flow of external air at least from a discharge opening of the feeding device to the nip portion between the first compression surface and the second compression surface, and the pressure applied to the molten resin by the compression apparatus is between 20 MPa or more and 500 MPa or less.

    摘要: The present invention provides a process for producing a thermoplastic resin film, comprising: a feeding step of feeding a molten resin containing a thermoplastic resin from a feeding device; a heating step of heating the molten resin from a discharge opening of the feeding device to a nip portion between a first compression surface and a second compression surface that are included in a compression apparatus by using a heating apparatus; and a film formation step of continuously compressing the heated molten resin between the first compression surface and the second compression surface to form a film, wherein a pressure applied to the molten resin by the compression apparatus is between 20 MPa or more and 500 MPa or less.

    摘要: An apparatus for manufacturing a thermoplastic resin film includes a die which discharges a molten thermoplastic resin as a film, a cooling roll which is arranged so as to oppose to the discharge port of the die, and cools and solidifies the discharged film, and a variation reduction mechanism which reduces a variation of a wind speed in the vicinity of the surface of the film. The apparatus enables to provide a thermoplastic resin film which is suitable for an optical application, by controlling the thickness nonuniformity of the thermoplastic resin film in manufacturing the thermoplastic resin film by using a melt film-forming method.

    摘要: The invention provides a melt-casting film formation process for a cellulosic resin film, by which thickness unevenness of the cellulosic resin film is suppressed in both the cross-machine direction and machine direction. Consequently the invention can provide a cellulosic resin film having high optical properties. In this process for producing the cellulosic resin film, a resin molten in an extruder (22) is extruded through a die (24) onto a rotating chill roll (28) which chills and solidifies the resin to a film (12′), in which temperature difference in the cross-machine direction of the resin sheet (12) from departing the die (24) to touching the chill roll (28) is regulated within 10° C.
