    摘要: A gas bag arrangement for a vehicle occupant restraint system of a motor vehicle. The gas bag arrangement comprising a gas bag package which includes a folded gas bag and a wrapping which at least partly surrounds the folded gas bag, at least one connecting strap for connecting the gas bag to a holding structure of the motor vehicle, wherein the connecting strap is attached to a fastening portion of the gas bag and a deflection device arranged at the wrapping or formed by the wrapping, at which the connecting strap—relative to the condition of the gas bag arrangement as mounted in the vehicle—is deflected in direction of the holding structure. A section of the connecting strap coming from the fastening portion extends up to the deflection device away from the holding structure and at the deflection device again is deflected towards the holding structure.

    摘要: An apparatus for heat shielding and deceleration of a spacecraft comprises an unfoldable shield of individual panels made of a high temperature resistant fiber reinforced ceramic and pivotally mounted on the outer structure of the spacecraft. An unfolding ring slides axially along the body of the spacecraft. The panels are pivotally connected to the unfolding ring by compression struts acting as toggle levers. Tension springs pull the unfolding ring axially along the spacecraft body to toggle out the compression struts so as to outwardly pivotally deploy the panels. The unfoldable shield can be arranged on the forward end or the rear end of the spacecraft relative to its flight direction upon entry into the atmosphere.

    摘要: An apparatus for heat shielding and deceleration of a spacecraft comprises an unfoldable shield of individual panels made of a high temperature resistant fiber reinforced ceramic and pivotally mounted on the outer structure of the spacecraft. An unfolding ring slides axially along the body of the spacecraft. The panels are pivotally connected to the unfolding ring by compression struts acting as toggle levers. Tension springs pull the unfolding ring axially along the spacecraft body to toggle out the compression struts so as to outwardly pivotally deploy the panels. The unfoldable shield can be arranged on the forward end or the rear end of the spacecraft relative to its flight direction upon entry into the atmosphere.

    摘要: The present invention is directed to a method for localising, in chromatin or DNA, the binding loci of a chromatin or DNA binding protein comprising the following steps: a) tethering, directly or indirectly, an enzyme with regulatable activity to said chromatin binding protein, b) transiently activating the regulatable enzymatic activity bound to the targeted chromatin and c) mapping the enzymatically-modified genomic sites introduced by the enzyme into the chromatin. According to an embodiment of the invention, the regulatable enzyme is a regulatable protease. The mapping step may be carried out on specific DNA fragments, or on a chromosome-wide scale or a genome-wide scale. The present invention is also directed to kits for carrying out the methods of the invention.

    摘要: A method for the manufacture of shaped bodies by extrusion moulding of plastic-filler mixtures with filler contents of more than 50% by volume, preferably from 65 to 90% by volume, by means of an extruder with a conveying input zone. The method is restricted to use of fillers having good thermal conductivity. For carrying out the method, initially a mixture is manufactured from molten or fluid synthetic resin and the filler and this is ground and graded after cooling. Afterwards, there is extrusion of the ground mixture or of fractions separated from this and graded. According to a preferred variant of the method, an extruder is used for the extruding having a conveying input zone whose extrusion part consists merely of an input zone and an output zone. According to a further variant of the method, plates are manufactured by cutting up lengthwise a tubular extrusion emerging from the mouthpiece in the extruding and the casing of the extrudate thus obtained is bent flat and this extrudate is then cut up into plate lengths.
