A cleaning composition and process for cleaning post-chemical mechanical polishing (CMP) residue and contaminants from a microelectronic device having said residue and contaminants thereon. The cleaning compositions include novel corrosion inhibitors. The composition achieves highly efficacious cleaning of the post-CMP residue and contaminant material from the surface of the microelectronic device without compromising the low-k dielectric material or the copper interconnect material.

A memory fastening device, a computer motherboard including the memory fastening device and a computer including the computer motherboard are provided. The memory fastening device includes a memory connection base for plugging and fixing a memory and is characterized in further comprising an elastic component which fills in a space between the memory connection base and the memory. The memory fastening device is an improvement based on a conventional memory connection base. The memory fastening device is characterized in that a purpose of fastening the memory is realized without changing conventional structures of the standardized memory connection base and the standardized memory.

An anti-fall device for a window sash comprises a window-sash fixing block, a window-frame fixing block, an elastic metal wire and a pipe. The elastic metal wire connects the window-sash fixing block and the window-frame fixing block. The window-sash fixing block is defined with a through hole into which the pipe is inserted. One end of the elastic metal wire is connected to the window-frame fixing block, and the other end of the elastic metal wire penetrates the through hole in the window-sash fixing block and enters the pipe. The end of the elastic metal wire, which penetrates the through hole, is fixed with a limiting block. The diameter of the limiting block is bigger than that of the through hole. The window-sash fixing block is fixed on the window sash, and the window-frame fixing block is fixed on the window frame.

A an engine management system includes a processor (8) in communication with a memory (10) that contains a program memory (28) containing instructions for the processor to implement a knock detection method. The knock detection method involves firstly sampling a torque sensor (4) that is responsive to an engine crankshaft (5). The torque sensor is sampled a number of times during a combustion stroke of one or more of cylinders (18a, . . . 18d) of the engine (16). The sampled sensor values are processed to calculate a rate of change of the torque signal and knocking is deemed to be indicated in the event of the rate of change exceeding a predetermined value. In a preferred embodiment the processor (8) is further programmed to reduce knocking once it has been detected by adjusting one or more of a number of controllers including a fuel injection controller (34), an ignition controller (12), a throttle controller (13) and an exhaust gas recirculation controller (39).

Rechargeable electrochemical cells that employ a highly conductive polymer-based solid gel membrane separator disposed between the anode and charging electrode are disclosed. The separator comprises a support or substrate and a polymeric gel composition having an ionic species contained in a solution phase thereof. In preparing the separator, the ionic species is added to a monomer solution prior to polymerization and remains embedded in the resulting polymer gel after polymerization. The ionic species behaves like a liquid electrolyte, while at the same time, the polymer-based solid gel membrane provides a smooth impenetrable surface that allows the exchange of ions for both discharging and charging of the cell. Advantageously, the separator reduces dendrite penetration and prevents the diffusion of reaction products such as metal oxide to remaining parts of the cell. Furthermore, the measured ionic conductivity of the separator is much higher than those of prior art solid electrolytes or electroyte-polymer films. The disclosed rechargeable electrochemical cells include, for example, metal/air, Zn/Ni, Zn/MnO2, Zn/AgO, Fe/Ni, and lead-acid systems.

A composite structure comprising a layer of zeolite having a high silica to alumina ratio supported on a support layer acts as a separator in a redox flow battery. The zeolite can be either supported on a rigid substrate, such as alumina, or a flexible substrate, such as a polymeric film. The polymeric film, in particular, can be an ion exchange membrane such as Nafion. The zeolite layer with a high silica to aluminum ratio provides a long-lasting separator for redox flow batteries.

A four-corner cut square Chinese character input method based on excellent code comprises the steps of: assigning predesigned code table to corresponding keys of a keyboard; and inputting Chinese Character according to four-corner coding of Chinese character by using the corresponding keys on the keyboard, an inputting rule of Chinese character coding including twenty cutting rules which comprise the characteristic of the excellent code combining with cutting skill. The excellent code table and cutting skill are capable of putting an end to the amphibolous codes, with this input method, most of Chinese characters don't have overlapped codes.
