To fill insulating glass with a gas other than air, between the spacer (5) and the glass pane (3), an open space (15) for the entry of gas into the interior (7) of the insulating glass is ensured in that in the region of the cement strand (11), which is applied to the inside of the glass pane (3) or a side surface of the spacer (5), there are distance elements, for example in the form of projections (13) of the cement strand (11). These projections (13) are pressed into the cement strand (11) when the packet of panes consisting of (at least) two glass panes (3) with a spacer (5) inserted in between is being pressed to form an insulating glass blank (1), whereupon the insulating glass blank (1) is supplied to a sealing station for sealing.

A spacer tape (9) for insulating glass (2) with at least two glass panes (3 and 5) consists of a substrate strip (21) and a hose (20) that is connected to the latter. The hose (20) can be pressed together, e.g., folded, so that its dimension, viewed crosswise to the longitudinal extension of the substrate strip (21), can be reduced, and the spacer tape (9) can be wound on drums. For use, the hose (20) is expanded, e.g., unfolded, and a compound (15), containing hygroscopic material, is introduced into its interior, which can take place by the longitudinally extending slot (25) in the hose (20). Then, the side walls (27) of the hose (20) are coated with adhesive (13), and at least two glass panes (3 and 5) of insulating glass (1) can be assembled with use of the spacer tape (9) as a spacer.

A coil former for an electromagnetic relay is configured to receive a core and a coil winding. The coil former includes a first coil flange, a second coil flange, and a cylindrical winding area for fixing a coil winding arranged between the first and second coil flange, wherein at least one of the coil flanges is shaped such that at least a portion of one coil flange sits flush with the winding area of the coil former in a region of a periphery of the coil former. Also, a coil body for an electromagnetic relay includes a base integrally connected to the coil former. The coil former or the coil body is formed such that, in the production thereof, it has no more than three demolding directions for a master mould.

The relay has a base body, an electromagnet system having a coil, core and armature, as well as a contact arrangement having at least one stationary contact spring and at least one moving contact spring. The contact springs are each designed as planar sheet-metal parts and are anchored in the base body approximately in the same plane, without any permanent bending. In order to make contact, they are provided with an overlap by means of L-shaped end sections; in addition, prestressing of the stationary contact springs is produced by in each case one stop on the base body.

An device for simultaneous application of elastoplastic spacer tapes to two glass panes with identical outline shape and identical dimensions has two application heads (107) that can be adjusted essentially vertically up and down on linear axles (105). The application heads (107) are moved synchronously, likewise the two glass panes by the holding devices that are assigned to them and that move the glass panes in a direction that is perpendicular to the direction of motion of the application heads (107). Thus, it is sufficient to measure a single glass pane of a triple insulating glass element, and both application panes of the insulating glass element can be covered at the same time with spacer tapes, so that time is saved, and the two application panes can be assembled with the cover pane in a shorter time interval into an insulating glass element with three panes.

A solar collector (1) includes two panels (2, 3) of which at least one panel (2) can be designed as a solar module, wherein the panels (2, 3) are connected to each other and held spaced apart from each other by webs (5) that are distributed over the surface of the solar collector (1). The webs (5) between the panels (2, 3) of the solar collector (1) are arranged in such a manner that the interior space (4) is divided to form a flow path, which can be achieved as a result of the fact that the webs (5) start alternately from one edge (9, 10) of the solar collector (1) and are spaced from the opposite edge (10, 9). The webs (5) are strips that are connected via plastic strands (12) to the inner faces of the panels (2 and 3).
Abstract:
The invention relates to a relay comprising a coil bobbin, a core penetrating the coil bobbin and a yoke. To achieve a high switching force with a low overall height, the cross-sectional area of the core is greater in the region toward the transition to the yoke than in the central region of the coil bobbin. Increased magnetic flux can be conveyed from the core owing to the cross-sectional enlargement and at the same time more coil windings can be arranged in the central region owing to the reduced cross-section there. Both measures act together and allow high switching forces with low overall height.
Abstract:
The relay has a magnet system with an armature that operates on a switching spring via an actuating element. This switching spring has a frame-shaped contact spring as well as a fork-shaped reset spring, intermeshed in one plane and mutually decoupled, whereby the reset spring guides the actuating element via at least two linkage points lying in a line parallel to the pivot axis. The relay of the present invention provides a compact construction with few individual parts and a very low-friction operation.

A recording and/or reproducing apparatus (1) for a magnetic tape (3) that can be drawn out of a cassette (2) introduced into the apparatus is provided for wrapping the magnetic tape around a drum-shaped scanning device (15) of the apparatus with a tape guide device (29), which has at least one tape guide (32,33) which is displaceable by means of a displacement device (30) between a rest position and an operating position and which in its operating position is positioned by means of a positioning device (68) arranged on a displaceable support (70), while it keeps the magnetic tape (3) wrapped around the scanning device (15). For adjusting the tape tension when the magnetic tape (3) wrapped around the scanning device (15) is driven, the apparatus (1) is provided with a tape tension adjustment device (12) comprising a tape tension indicator. The tape guide (32,33) situated in its operating position is disengaged from the displacement device (30) for this guide and is kept urged against the positioning device (68) by means of an urging device (78) provided on the support (70) for the positioning device (68), while the support (70) for the positioning device at the same time constitutes the tape tension indicator of the tape tension adjustment device (12).

When dividing glass using laser radiation into blanks (5) made of glass, a bundled laser beam (1) is directed onto the glass to be divided, and while forming at least two blanks (5), the glass is divided with sides (15) lying in the area of the cut. After the glass is divided, a laser beam (1) is directed onto at least one edge (16) of a side (15) of the formed blank (5) in order to separate glass from the edge (16) while forming a bevel (17) that lies on the side (15). For forming the bevel (17), at least one laser source (6) and a reflector (19) assigned to the latter are moved along the side (15) so that the laser beam (1)—which with the plane of the blank (5) encompasses an acute angle—is effective for forming the bevel (17).
