Abstract: A shaft arrangement for a steering gear has an input shaft, an output shaft and a torsion rod. The torsion rod is connected in a rotationally secure manner to the output shaft in an output-side connection region of the shaft arrangement. The input-side connection region is spaced apart from the output-side connection region. The shaft arrangement has a rotation prevention member, wherein the rotation prevention member limits a rotation of the input shaft relative to the output shaft to a maximum rotation angle and, when the maximum rotation angle is reached, can transmit a torque from the input shaft to the output shaft.

Abstract: Electric equipment for a vehicle with an electropneumatic service brake device, in which at least one pneumatic brake control pressure is immediately and directly controlled to the electromagnetic backup valve, which is still being closed by a current, of at least one pressure regulating module in response to an assistance brake request signal regardless of a defect of an electric service brake circuit. For a failure of the electric service brake circuit, the electromagnetic backup valve, which is then in the currentless state, of the at least one pressure regulating module is automatically opened, and the brake pressure is immediately formed in the pressure regulating module based on the at least one pneumatic brake control pressure already present in the pressure regulating module. Thus, the reaction time of a pneumatic redundancy of the electropneumatic service brake device in response to electric defects is reduced.

Abstract: A disc brake, for a motor vehicle, has a brake caliper with a clamping section, which is equipped with a clamping device with a brake rotary lever, at least two threaded pistons, an adjustment device, and a driver device. A synchronization mechanism for synchronizing the rotational movements of the threaded pistons is arranged outside of the housing of the brake caliper within a sealed cover on the clamping section of the brake caliper. The synchronization mechanism has at least one synchronizing element and two synchronizing wheels, a first synchronizing wheel of which is coupled to one threaded piston and a second synchronizing wheel of which is coupled to the other threaded piston. The synchronization mechanism is arranged on the clamping section of the brake caliper (3) so as to be guided about a lever housing of the brake rotary lever. The lever housing protrudes from the clamping section of the brake caliper.

Abstract: A foot-brake-device (FBD) for vehicles, utility/commercial vehicles, includes a foot-brake-pedal (FBP) for driver activation, and a first/second foot-brake-sensor (FBS) coupled with the FBP, the first/second FBS determining an FBP position upon driver activation, and the first/second FBS generating a first/second electric-control-signal (ECS) corresponding to the FBP position. The second FBS functions as a back-up-sensor for failure of the first FBS. The FBD includes member(s) to generate counter-force(s) against which the FBP works upon activation, the counter-force being substantially proportional to the activation degree of the FBP and indicates the activation degree of the FBP to the driver. The members include first/second spring-elements with different characteristics. The FBD includes first/second electronic-control-device, the first/second ECS generated by the first/second FBS being received by the first/second electronic-control-device which generates a third/fourth ECS which activates brake actuator(s) to brake the vehicle in an amount corresponding to the activation degree of the FBP.
