摘要: A window combining device includes a window control unit for adding one window number to pixels on a window-by-window basis, a two-dimensional drawing engine for combining a drawn window including the pixels to which the window number is added by the window control unit into a display window, and a display control unit for displaying the display window into which the drawn window is combined by the two-dimensional drawing engine. When an update occurs in one of a plurality of drawn windows which construct the display window, the two-dimensional drawing engine computes an original background color from a pixel to which a blend flag showing that the pixel is a target for an antialiasing process is added, the pixel being included in pixels of the window for which the update occurs, and carries out the antialiasing process and recombines pixels into the display window.

摘要: A numerically controlled system includes a tool path sample point setting unit for forming evaluation data by arranging, virtually, a tool on a given scheduled path locus to come precisely into contact with a processed surface of a processing object and by setting tool path sample points to evaluate a shape of the processed surface, a discontinuity portion extracting unit for extracting a discontinuity portion based on the evaluation data, and a tool position data forming unit including a command speed deciding portion for deciding a command speed at which the tool is moved based on the evaluation data and a tool position deciding portion for deciding the tool position based on the command speed and the shape of the worked surface such that the tool comes into contact with the worked surface, wherein setting of the tool path sample points, extraction of the discontinuity portion, and decision of the tool position are carried out in real time.

摘要: A numerical control apparatus allows for the machining of a workpiece based on a three-dimensional work shape which is inputted. The shape of the workpiece is set and the shape of the workpiece and three-dimensional work shape determine the work region to be extracted. The extracted work region is divided into work regions of spot work, contour work, and region work by the characteristics of the work. The work order is set to determine the order in which the divided work regions are to be machined. The work information for each work region is then inputted and command data used in moving a tool is generated from the work order data and the work information.

The steering apparatus further comprises an intermediate rotary member disposed between the input shaft and output shaft for rotation about an axis offset from the rotational axis of the output shaft, and a reduction gear mechanism arranged between the rotary valve and the intermediate rotary member. A cam mechanism is disposed between the intermediate rotary member and the output shaft for transmitting the rotation of the intermediate rotary member to the output shaft. The cam mechanism is composed of a cam groove formed on one of the intermediate rotary member and output shaft, and a follower roller provided on the other of the intermediate rotary member and output shaft to be engaged with the cam groove.

摘要: In a front wheel steering apparatus including an input shaft arranged to be rotated by the driver's steering effort applied thereto, an output member operatively connected to a set of steerable front road wheels by use of a steering linkage and an interconnecting mechanism for operatively interconnecting the input shaft to the output member, an axial projection is provided on an input end of the input shaft in parallel with the rotation axis of the input shaft and at a position radially displaced a predetermined distance from the rotational axis of the input shaft, a cam follower is rotatably mounted on the axial projection, and a cam shaft is arranged in parallel with the input shaft to be applied with the steering effort for effecting rotation of the input shaft. The cam shaft has a flange portion formed with a radial cam groove for engagement with the cam follower, and the rotational axis of the cam shaft is located at a position radially displaced a smaller distance from the rotational axis of the input shaft smaller distance than the predetermined distance between the rotation axis of the input shaft and the axial projection.
