    摘要: An information processor that calculates information concerning a three-dimensional shape comprises: a three-dimensional-shape input unit that inputs drawing data of a three-dimensional shape used for displaying a three-dimensional shape; a display unit that displays a three-dimensional shape of drawing data input to the three-dimensional-shape input unit; and a shape-value-information calculating unit that sets a shape element of a three-dimensional shape displayed on the display unit to data used for calculating a three-dimensional shape, based on an instruction input from outside, calculates a value of a shape concerning the three-dimensional shape not clearly shown within the drawing data as shape value information by using the set shape element, and displays a calculation result on the display unit.

    摘要: In a method of generating a numerical control program in which, based on sectional shape data of a product to which a relief processing is to be performed, a numerical control program for turning-processing the product is generated in order to recognize a groove shape data existing in the vicinity of a corner as a relief sectional shape, wherein groove shape data is extracted from the sectional shape data, an intersection of a line segment parallel to a turning axis and a line segment that is not parallel to the line segment is calculated as a corner of the sectional shape data, and the groove shape data is recognized as a relief sectional shape in a case where dimensions of a frame which includes from the corner to the groove shape data are within predetermined dimensions.

    摘要: A machining shape is created from a product shape and a material shape so that an appropriate tool direction can be automatically set, with which a finished area is the largest and an uncut amount of a recessed edge is the minimum even if a plurality of machinable tool directions are available. All tool directions capable of face machining from a plane-machined shape extracted from the machining shape are acquired to evaluate an area which can be machined in each tool direction. In addition, a length of the recessed edge which cannot be machined in each tool direction is evaluated. A machining program for machining is created from the tool direction where the machinable area is the maximum and the length of the recessed edge which cannot be machined is the minimum.
