摘要: System and methods are disclosed for augmenting a synthesized NoC, with data that guides a physical implementation of the NoC topology in a way that coincides with the topology synthesis result and reduces timing violations in the final physical design. The system generates physical implementation guidance, which is during physical implementation of the synthesized NoC. The system inserts a link as a pipeline placeholder and a minimum set of created module regions are assigned to a specific link of the topology. Each route has a new link and corresponding module region inserted into the physical path.

摘要: A method for verifying the design of a function module in an industrial plant having control logic for a physical process; logic to accept commands from a superordinate management system; communication between logics and between the function module and the industrial plant; and input/output channels, the method comprising: obtaining a ruleset comprising at least requirements for I/O channels and their connections that are necessary conditions for the function module to perform its intended function in the industrial plant; checking whether the input/output channels of the function module and their connections meet the rules in the ruleset; and in response to determining that at least one rule in the ruleset is not met, determining that the design of the function module has an error, and preventing use of the function module in the modular industrial plant.

摘要: A method for constructing a body-in-white (BiW) spot welding deformation prediction model based on a graph convolutional network (GCN) includes: 1) acquiring a welding feature and 3D coordinates of a spot weld to form an eigenvector and extracting designed 3D coordinates at each 3D coordinate measurement point; 2) encoding, by an encoder, eigenvectors and designed 3D coordinate vectors into hidden space vectors of spot welds and hidden space vectors of the coordinate measurement points, respectively, and constructing a graph topology G through a k-nearest neighbors algorithm; 3) decomposing a Laplacian eigenvector of the constructed graph topology G to acquire frequency domain components, and linearly transforming eigenvalues corresponding to the frequency domain components to construct a multi-layer GCN; 4) inputting the thermodynamic and kinetic information of each coordinate measurement point into a deep neural network and decoding a final deformation at each coordinate measurement point; and 5) optimizing the model.

摘要: A chip-assisted design device and a method for constructing a chip characteristic distribution model. The apparatus includes a database and a processor. The database has a first chip characteristic distribution image data generated based on a wafer fabrication process data of a current process, wherein the first chip characteristic distribution image data represents a gradient distribution of at least one chip characteristic in one of the wafers produced through current fabrication process. The processor is coupled to the database. A second chip characteristic image data generated based on the first chip characteristic image data is used as a reference data for predicting the future wafer fabrication process, and the reference data is provided to the current fabrication process to evaluate or correct the first chip characteristic image.
