According to the content managing method, when the mobile device enters into a specific region, the mobile device transmits location information of the location of the mobile device and device information of the mobile device to the server, and the server searches for and transmits content information corresponding to the location information to the mobile device. Accordingly, a user can receive the content information simply by entering into a specific location with the mobile device.

A method for controlling a renderer of a user terminal device includes selecting a renderer which shares contents, transmitting contents to the selected renderer, displaying a control User Interface (UI) including an object image of which position moves according to a user's touch manipulation, and performing a control operation which controls the renderer in accordance with movements of the object image on the control UI. Accordingly, renderer operations can be easily controlled.
