    摘要: With the manufacture of turbine engine rotor drums, the opposite joining surfaces of rotor disks are brought into contact and at least one of the two rotor disks clamped into a fixture is set in a circular movement until the joining areas reach a pasty state due to the frictional heat. The circular movement of the rotor disks, in which the axis of the rotor disk moves along a circular path, is optically recorded and deviations due to imbalance are corrected by weight compensation at the fixture. Upon reaching the pasty material state the joining areas weld together, with the rotor disks being at rest and in axial alignment. Manufacture is cost-effective and guarantees precise axial alignment of the rotor disks and a long service life of the engine rotor drums.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method for producing components with a high load capacity from α+γ TiAl alloys, especially for producing components for aircraft engines or stationary gas turbines. According to this method, enclosed TiAl blanks of globular structure are preformed by isothermal primary forming in the α+γ− or α phase area. The preforms are then shaped out into components with a predeterminable contour by means of at least one isothermal secondary forming process, with dynamic recrystallization in the α+γ− or α phase area. The microstructure is adjusted by solution annealing the components in the α phase area and then cooling them off rapidly.

    摘要: In a process for the manufacture of a blade/vane of a turbomachine, the blade/vane is made of a metallic enveloping structure and a supporting structure made of composite material provided inside of the enveloping structure and suitably joined to the enveloping structure. A metal-felt weave is welded or soldered/brazed to the sheet making up the enveloping structure, whereupon this sheet-weave-assembly is shaped by hydroforming or an internal high-pressure forming process to provide the enveloping structure of the blade/vane. Finally, the composite material making up the supporting structure is introduced into the cavity of the enveloping structure.
