Abstract:
An initial velocity accelerating tube includes an outer pipe. Two ends of the outer pipe are connected with a stop member and a connection member, respectively. An inner pipe is provided in the outer pipe. Two ends of the inner pipe are inserted in the stop member and the connection member, respectively. When the initial velocity accelerating tube is mounted on a toy gun, one end of the inner pipe is against the front end of the barrel of the toy gun by the elastic force of the elastic member so as to tightly connect the barrel, providing an airtight effect. The barrel can be lengthened. To have a shoot with the long-barreled gun, the bullet can have a longer route to accelerate for getting a higher initial velocity.
Abstract:
An electronic device burn-in thermal management system includes Burn-in-Boards (BIBs) with quick disconnect connectors to easily connect and disconnect the BIB (102) from liquid cooling lines (104, 106) in a rack that can hold one or more BIBs. The BIB (102) may include liquid cooled heat sinks (408) embedded in the BIB sockets (406) in order to cool the electronic devices undergoing burn-in test (DUT). This arrangement allows the DUT to make positive thermal contact with the heat sink when it is mounted in the BIB socket and allows the user to remove the BIB (102) quickly after completing a test to load the next batch of DUTs onto a separate BIB.
Abstract:
A flip chip type LED lighting device manufacturing method includes the step of providing a strip, the step of providing a submount, the step of forming a metal bonding layer on the strip or submount, the step of bonding the submount to the strip, and the step of cutting the structure thus obtained into individual flip chip type UP lighting devices.
Abstract:
A dry powder inhaler has a dispersion chamber containing beads. A dose of dry powder is released into the chamber, or into an inlet tangentially joining into the chamber. As the patient inhales on a nosepiece or mouthpiece, air moves circularly through the dispersion chamber to drive the beads. The beads roll, bounce, and collide repeatedly with the drug particles on the chamber surfaces or on the beads. The smaller active drug particles are separated from larger carrier particles and from each other, and a powder aerosol is created and inhaled by the patient. The beads are preferably lightweight, so that they can be rapidly accelerated and moved, even with nominal inspiration. The flow resistance of the inhaler is also reduced via the beads, allowing greater airflow and powder dispersion, without any increased effort by the patient.
