    摘要: An endoscopic treatment tool is provided which includes: a grasping portion that has a first shoulder portion and second shoulder portion; a current-carrying portion that protrudes out from a distal end of each of the first and second shoulder portions; a pivot portion that is disposed in the distal end of the first shoulder portion so as to protrude in substantially the same direction as the longitudinal direction of the first shoulder portion, the distal end of the pivot portion being provided with an insulating portion; a wire that is connected to the grasping portion; a sheath which has a tubular shape, and into which the wire and grasping portion are inserted; a main body to which the sheath is fixed; and a sliding portion which is disposed to move in the longitudinal direction of the main body in a sliding manner, and to which the wire is connected.

    摘要: In accordance with the present invention, a substrate for mounting a light-emitting element is provided including a core metal whose outer periphery is covered with an enameled layer and including a reflective cap portion provided on one surface thereof, wherein a heat radiating portion is formed, by partly eliminating the enameled layer so that the core metal is exposed, on the other surface thereof on which the reflective cap portion is not provided. Further, a light-emitting element module comprising a light-emitting element mounted on the aforementioned substrate, an illumination apparatus having this light-emitting element module, a display apparatus, and a traffic signal device are also provided.

    摘要: This present invention simplifies the installation work, the initialization, the operation confirmation, and the test run work of a monitor terminal in a field site that monitors a monitor object. Communication information and management information, such as a telephone number used to communicate with a communication terminal in a field site at test run time, are integrated. For example, the common values (default values) are set in the communication terminal, which will communicate with a monitoring apparatus, as communication information (IP address, user ID, password) to allow the monitoring apparatus to communicate with the communication terminal by setting only the telephone number of the communication terminal in the monitoring apparatus. During a test run, the monitoring apparatus performs operation to change the communication information and the management information in the communication terminal to the information suitable for a production run.

    摘要: The distal end of an endoscope is provided with at least an objective optical system and a torque transmission member for supporting a rotating treatment member. The distal end of the torque transmission member comprises a hollow to which a support axis formed in the rotating treatment member is fitted, a slit for guiding a protrusion formed on the external circumference of the support axis, and a locking member for locking the protrusion in the slit. Torque is transmitted from the torque transmission member to the rotating treatment member by means of the protrusion formed on the external circumference of the support axis of the rotating treatment member and the slit formed on the torque transmission member for guiding the protrusion.

    摘要: An electrode supporting conduit tube for electrical heating of underground hydrocarbon resources comprises a metal conduit tube and an insulating member adhered on and around the outer peripheral surface of the metal conduit tube. The insulating member is a laminated body of a web of glass fiber impregnated with water-dispersion varnish of a hot-water resistant and thermoplastic resin and a polyether/ether/ketone resin film, which is formed by first alternately winding the glass fiber web and the resin film on and around the outer peripheral surface of the metal conduit tube for a plurality of winding turns, and then subjecting both polyether/ether/ketone resin film and glass fiber web thus wound on and around the metal conduit tube to shaping under heat and pressure at a heating temperature of from 350.degree. C. to 450.degree. C, and under a pressure of from 10 kg/cm.sup.2 to 200 kg/cm.sup.2.
