    摘要: An aluminium casting alloy contains: 2.0 to 3.5 w. % magnesium 0.15 to 0.35 w. % silicon 0.20 to 1.2  w. % manganese max. 0.40 w. % iron max. 0.10 w. % copper max. 0.05 w. % chromium max. 0.10 w. % zinc  max. 0.003 w. % beryllium max. 0.20 w. % titanium max. 0.60 w. % cobalt max. 0.80 w. % cerium and aluminium as the remainder with further impurities individually max. 0.02 w. %, total max. 0.2 w. %. The aluminium alloy is particularly suitable for diecasting, thixocasting and thixoforging. A particular application is diecasting for components with high requirements for mechanical properties, as these are present even in the cast state and thus no further heat treatment is required.

    摘要: A vacuum servo brake has an input member by which a valve arrangement may be acted upon at an input force to connect a working chamber selectively to the outside or to a vacuum chamber (separated from the working chamber by a piston which may be brought into operative connection with a main cylinder via an output member to generate a braking pressure). Provided on the piston is an elastomeric reaction member through which a reaction force may be applied to the input member. The output member has a stop which, with a predetermined input force, abuts against the working piston to alter an amplification ratio of the brake. Arranged adjacent to the reaction member is at least one volume take-up means into which part of the reaction member may be displaced in the event of the vacuum servo brake being actuated. Furthermore, the stop is preferably of resilient construction.

    摘要: An apparatus for centering and indexing of milling machine parts, in particular angle milling heads on a spindle carriage of a milling machine. Cooperating indexing elements are arranged on the angle milling head and on the spindle carriage, which elements are simultaneously also the centering elements. These are constructed as four similarly constructed aligning units which are arranged offset to one another each at 90.degree. in peripheral direction. Each aligning unit consists of an aligning tab arranged on the one milling machine part, preferably the angle milling head and a fixing piece provided on the other milling machine part and has a groove therein. The angle milling head can be fixed in predetermined angular positions relative to the spindle carriage through the aligning units.

    摘要: Method and apparatus for the manufacture of pre-cast plate-like concrete elements on a building site. A horizontal casting table has a large area mold into which the concrete is poured. After a short setting time to allow the concrete to harden, the table is raised to a vertical position and the partially hardened concrete element is drawn off of the mold. The process of moving the table to a vertical condition is accompanied by a lateral movement such that the latest element is stacked at the head of a line of previously cast elements. The elements are allowed to stand undisturbed until hardening is complete. Casting is done in a movable shed which shelters the partially hardened elements from the weather. Ribbed elements may be cast using a further mold element raised and lowered from the ceiling of the shed.

    摘要: A house or other like structure is constructed out or ribbed concrete panels. In the outer walls a single ribbed panel is used with a thick overlying layer of insulation followed by a facade covering. Windows are double-paned and are installed in a concrete frame which is formed as part of the outside wall. The interior walls and floors have two ribbed panels facing one another, thus forming interpositional spaces between the ribs. By careful arrangement and interlocking of the ribbed panels, circulation of air is made possible through air circuits formed by the interpositional spaces, thus allowing for ventilation and, if the air is heated or cooled, enabling the interior walls to act as heat exchange surfaces.
