摘要: The invention relates to a sensor fuel cell that can be activated by a first substance (O2) in its environment. The sensor fuel cell includes a catalytically active anode, a cathode that has a cathode surface at least partially exposed to the environment, and a proton-conductive membrane located between the anode and the cathode so as to convey protons through from the anode to the cathode. An anode surface of the anode is at least partially exposed to the environment for access of at least one second substance (H2) from the environment to the anode. Such a disposition enables access of a first reactant in the form for example of oxygen from the ambient air to the cathode, and additionally access of a second reactant in the form for example of hydrogen from the ambient air to the free surface of the anode.

摘要: In a method for producing a proton-conductive, structured electrolyte membrane, particularly for a fuel cell, a coating, which comprises at least one ion-conductive cross-linking component having at least one acid group and at least one photoactive substances interacting therewith, is applied onto a solid body surface. The coating is optically masked in that at least one region of the coating, in which the electrolyte membrane is supposed to be, is exposed such that the cross-linking component cross-links with the photoactive substances to form a polymer and/or copolymer network adhering to the solid body surface. At least one unexposed region of the coating is removed in order to structure the electrolyte membrane.

摘要: Foil bags are used as a primary packaging for liquids, the bags permitting the liquid to be taken therefrom without the application of a considerable amount of force. A container is provided for a medicinal liquid, the container being gas-tight and liquid-tight so that it is storable over many months. The container includes a collapsible foil bag on which a flange, which is stable in respect of shape, is disposed. The flange is designed for fitting onto a discharge connection member. The container can be disposed in a casing which is stable in respect of shape. The medicinal liquid does not come into contact with air and is protected from the effect of light. The medicinal liquid may be dispensed from the foil bag in many partial quantities over a prolonged period of time, with a respective partial amount thereof being converted into an aerosol by means of an atomizer.

摘要: A method for manufacturing a microstructured body, comprises irradiating a material with a pattern of X-rays; and dissolving selectively irradiated or non-irradiated regions of the material, where the material comprises a light-hardening and/or UV-hardening epoxy coating. The epoxy coatings need shorter irrdiation times than known plastics. The resulting microstructures can have high aspect ratios, and the developed structures can be produced with greater structure depths, free of defects and faults. Structural precision is in the submicron range.

摘要: Patterned dies made of non-conductive resins may be equipped with integrated electrodes in different manners. It is proved to be difficult to produce high-quality electrodes especially in microstructured dies. A patterned plastic die arranged on a carrier plate is filled with a solution of a metal compound. This solution is irradiated through the carrier plate from the back side of the carrier plate using laser light, ultraviolet light or X-rays. The metal compound is transformed in the immediate vicinity of the base of the structure and a metal layer is deposited on the base of the structure forming the electrodes. The method is suitable for a base of the structure forming a coherent or a non-coherent area. Plastic dies containing integrated electrodes are used for electroless or electrophoretic deposition of materials and for electroplating, in all cases starting from the integrated electrodes, and for analytical methods.
