    摘要: An apparatus for producing a polymer pellet is provided. The apparatus includes a conveying mechanism configured to convey a coated polymer, a supporting mechanism configured to support the coated polymer, a supporting plate having a deforming and cutting mechanism configured to deform and cut the coated polymer, a reciprocating mechanism configured to reciprocate the supporting plate upwardly and downwardly, and a collector configured to collect cut pellets. The reciprocating mechanism holds the supporting plate so that the deforming and cutting mechanism faces the coated polymer.

    摘要: A fine particle for modifying polyolefine is provide. The fine particle comprises (i) a core layer having a refractive index which differs from that of the polyolefine by 0.05 or less and (ii) a shell layer having a solubility parameter which differs from that of the polyolefine by 3 MPa½ or less, wherein the core layer is coated with the shell layer. The fine particle is excellent in affinity with polyolefine, and can modify polyolefine without accompanying damage on the transparency of the polyolefine.

    摘要: A polypropylene resin composition having a melt flow rate of 70 to 120 g/10 min (at 230° C., 2.16 kgf-load), a flexural modulus of 1300 to 4000 MPa and an IZOD impact strength of 30 to 100 kJ/m2, wherein the composition is obtained by adding a small amount of an organic peroxide to a mixture comprising 60 to 80% by weight of a specific propylene-ethylene block copolymer made up of a propylene homopolymer portion and a propylene-ethylene random copolymer portion, a rubber which is a copolymer of ethylene and at least one α-olefin having a melt flow rate of 2 to 10 g/10 min (at 190° C., 2.16 kgf-load), and inorganic filler (C), and kneading the combined ingredients at a temperature of 170 to 280° C.
