    摘要： A wastegate valve includes, a valving element 13 that opens and closes an exhaust gas bypass path, a valve stem 17 that extends from the valving element, an operating lever 15 having an insertion hole 29 where the valve stem is inserted with play, a support plate 31 provided on an open end of the valve stem, and a spring member 19 provided between the support plate and the operating lever 15. The spring member has a large-diameter part and at least two small-diameter parts, the large-diameter part and the at least two small-diameter parts being arranged concentrically with an axial center of the valve stem, and the at least two small-diameter parts constitute a first contact part 35 in contact with an operating lever side and a second contact part 37 in contact with a support plate side.

    摘要： There is provided a movable iron core linear actuator, which includes a magnetic circuit which causes a moving element to reciprocate. The magnetic circuit includes an iron core constituting the moving element, a stator core including a facing portion which faces the iron core, a pair of permanent magnets disposed in the facing portion along a reciprocating direction and having inverted magnetic poles at their surfaces which face the iron core, and a coil wound around the stator core. Energization to coil causes the moving element to reciprocate. When the coil is energized, the spring force of magnetic spring which changed in accordance with a relative position of the moving element with respect to the stator core is superimposed on the electromagnetic driving force produced by the energization of the coil and is applied to the moving element by the magnetic flux produced by the permanent magnets.

    摘要： The present invention provides a metal polishing liquid capable of CMP at a high Cu polishing rate and solving the problems: (a) generation of scratches attributable to solid particles, (b) generation of deteriorations in flatness such as dishing and erosion, (c) complexity in a washing process for removing abrasive particles remaining on the surface of a substrate after polishing, and (d) higher costs attributable to the cost of a solid abrasive itself and to waste liquid treatment, as well as a method of polishing a film to be polished by using the same. Disclosed are a metal polishing liquid which comprises a metal oxidizer, a metal oxide solubilizer, a metal anticorrosive, and a water-soluble polymer having an anionic functional group with a weight-average molecular weight of 8,000 or more and has pH 1 or more to 3 or less, and a method of polishing a film to be polished, which comprises supplying the above metal polishing liquid onto a polishing cloth of a polishing platen and simultaneously relatively moving the polishing platen and a substrate having a metallic film to be polished while the substrate is pressed against the polishing cloth.

Permanent magnets are formed at one of the inner core and the outer core, and magnetic pole portions are formed at the other of the inner core and the outer core to face the permanent magnet with predetermined gaps formed therebetween. Spacers are respectively provided between the inner core and the flat springs, abutting portions are respectively configured by abutting facing surfaces of the spacers and the inner core and facing surfaces of the spacers and the flat springs adjacent to the spacers in the axial direction, and a plurality of engagement portions including recesses and protrusions are arranged at the abutting portions.

    摘要： The invention relates to a polishing liquid for metal film comprising 7.0% by weight or more of an oxidizer for metal, a water-soluble polymer, an oxidized metal dissolving agent, a metal anticorrosive agent and water, provided that the total amount of the polishing liquid for metal film is 100% by weight, wherein the water-soluble polymer has a weight average molecular weight of 150,000 or more and is at least one member selected from among a polycarboxylic acid, a salt of a polycarboxylic acid, and a polycarboxylic acid ester. According to the invention, provided is a polishing liquid for metal film, by which polishing can be performed at a high rate even under a polishing pressure as low as 1 psi or lower, and such that a polished film after polishing is excellent in planarity, furthermore, with which a high polishing rate can be obtained even in an initial stage of polishing, and provided is a polishing method using the polishing liquid.

Functional maps indicating a spatial distribution of the ganglionated plexi and the relative numbers of complex fractionated electrograms are produced for display.
