The advantage of the invention is that a guide rail can easily be mounted to and removed from a conveyor beam (41).
Abstract:
Split connector adapted to be used for interconnecting profile bars in a frame structure, where the split connector is cube shaped and comprises a first connecting element and a second connecting element, where the first connecting element comprises screw holes adapted for connecting the first connecting element to a split profile section, a profile bar, and to the second connecting element, where the second connecting element comprises screw holes adapted for connecting the second connecting element to a split profile section and a profile bar, and a first threaded hole adapted for receiving a screw when connecting the first connecting element to the second connecting element. The advantage of the invention is that a modular machine frame is obtained, in which a frame section can easily be removed.
Abstract:
Conveyor chain support for an easy to clean conveyor, where the conveyor chain support comprises an outer peripheral sliding surface adapted to glidingly support a conveyor chain in a return path of the conveyor, where the conveyor chain support is adapted to be attached on a transverse axle of the conveyor in a support position and where the conveyor chain support is a single piece comprising a first jaw and a second jaw joining each other at one end and forming a mouth at the other end, where the conveyor chain support is adapted to be attached on the transverse axle through the mouth. In this way, a conveyor chain support hat allows for an easy cleaning of a conveyor is provided for. Such conveyors are e.g. used in the food industry.
Abstract:
A drive unit for an endless conveyor, comprising a magnetic transmission and an electric motor connected to an input shaft of the magnetic transmission, where the magnetic transmission comprises a rotatable outer cylinder comprising a plurality of permanent magnets arranged as magnetic poles at the inner side of the outer cylinder, an intermediate cylindrical element comprising a plurality of ferromagnetic pole pieces, an inner cylinder comprising a plurality of permanent magnets arranged as magnetic poles at the outer side of the inner cylinder, where the outer side of the outer cylinder is configured with a drive surface adapted to interact with a conveyor belt or conveyor chain. The advantage of the invention is that a compact and efficient drive unit for a conveyor system is provided, which is provided with a contactless predefined slip.
Abstract:
Puck handling device for a conveyor system, comprising a puck handling disc and a drive means for rotating the puck handling disc, where the puck handling disc comprises a first semi-circular disc comprising a first cut-out and a second semi-circular disc comprising a second cut-out, where the first semi-circular disc and the second semi-circular disc are individually rotatable by the drive means, and where the first cut-out and the second cut-out forms a recess adapted to hold a puck when the puck handling disc is arranged in a first holding state. The advantage of the invention is that a puck handling device adapted to direct a puck from any of two infeed conveyors to any of two outfeed conveyors is provided. This allows for a flexible and quick handling of pucks.
Abstract:
A radio-frequency identification arrangement for a chain conveyor for piece goods having a driven linked chain is disclosed, comprising a support rail element 3 for guiding and supporting the linked chain 4 in the region of the radio-frequency identification arrangement and a radio-frequency reading device or radio-frequency writing/reading device 10 for performing contactless reading or reading/writing of information by means of a radio-frequency signal.According to the invention, the radio-frequency reading device or radio-frequency writing/reading device 10 is disposed directly on a bottom 30 of the support rail element 3 and facing an underside of the linked chain 4. For this purpose, the latter may be accommodated in a recess or cavity of the support rail element 3. By means of the radio-frequency identification arrangement, an RFID tag, which is mounted on a workpiece or workpiece carrier, can be read or read and written to through the linked chain of the chain conveyor. Furthermore, a relatively short distance between the radio-frequency reading device or radio-frequency writing/reading device and the RFID tag may be accomplished and thus an advantageously low power of the radio-frequency signal used for identification.
Abstract:
A conveyor chain link provided with an upper body having a carrying surface and a lower body having a front end and a rear end, where the rear end is provided with a first leg and a second leg arranged at a certain distance from each other such that the front end of a chain link fits between the first and second legs of an adjacent chain link when mounted in a conveyor chain, wherein a first protrusion of the first leg is provided with a first tab extending towards the front end and a second protrusion of the second leg is provided with a second tab extending towards the front end, where the bearing surfaces of the tabs are parallel with the carrying surface of the upper body.
Abstract:

Abstract:
Conveyor support rail attachment, comprising a plurality of attachment means arranged spaced apart along a longitudinal center axis, where every second attachment means is arranged on a left side of the center axis and every other attachment means is arranged on a right side of the center axis, and where each attachment means is provided with a bearing surface adapted to bear against a side section of a support rail, such that the support rail is supported only on one side at each attachment means. The advantage of the invention is that a support rail can easily be mounted to and removed from the conveyor support rail attachment, and further that the bearing surface between the support rail and the attachment means can be minimized. This allows for a support rail that is easy to clean.
