摘要： A transmission having a shaft driven by a prime mover such as an engine or motor is provided. The transmission includes a first stationary element for supporting the shaft for rotation, and a torque transmitting device connectable to the shaft and rotatable about an axis. The torque transmitting device is actuated by a hydraulic fluid. A first passage is connected to the torque transmitting device and is in communication with the hydraulic fluid. The first passage extends radially inward from the torque transmitting device. A vent passage is located within the first stationary element and is in communication with the first passage. Rotation of the torque transmitting device about the axis separates entrained air from the fluid and urges air radially inward through the first passage and into the vent passage, thereby removing air from the hydraulic fluid and circuit.

摘要： A valve assembly has a valve body with a bore formed therein. A valve spool is slidably disposed in the valve body. The valve spool has a plurality of valve lands that closely engage the valve bore to form substantially leak-free interfaces. The leading land has a diameter less than the land immediately adjacent thereto in a range of 0.34 mm to 0.17 mm, and a recess formed between the leading land and the first adjacent land. The recess has an inner diameter at least 0.75 mm less than said diameter of said leading land.

摘要： A transmission having a shaft driven by a prime mover such as an engine or motor is provided. 摘要： An internal/external gear pump includes a wear plate disposed between the gear members and at least one sidewall of the pump. The wear plate has a recess formed therein having a substantially constant depth and width. The recess extends into the full mesh point between the gear members of the pump to provide a flow path from the full mesh point to an inlet side or suction port of the pump.
