摘要: The invention relates to a machine tool (100) for machining a workpiece, said machine tool (100) comprising a machine table (10) for clamping the workpiece, a work spindle (20) for receiving a tool for machining the workpiece, a work space (70) substantially defined by the machine table (10) and at least one first cover (30), and a tool changer (50) arranged outside the work space (70) and configured to change the tool received in the work spindle (20), wherein the machine tool (100) is further configured such that, during a tool change, the first cover (30) is moved, as a result of which the work space (70) of the machine tool (100) is expanded by a tool changing area (80) and an access surface (42), through which the tool changer (50) can be moved into the tool changing area (80), is exposed, and the work spindle (20) is positioned in the tool changing area (80) such that the tool changer (50) is able to change the tool received by the work spindle (20) within the tool changing area (80).

摘要: A chain link includes a base area, confined by four sides, and first to third link portions respectively on first to third sides. The first and second link portions respectively receive first and second connection elements for connecting the chain link to first and second adjacent chain links, and respectively and relatively define first and second rotational axes of adjacent first and second chain links. The third link portion receives a third connection element for connecting the chain link to a tool receptacle and defines a third rotational axis of a rotary motion of the tool receptacle in relation to the chain link. The first and second axes define a first plane, the first plane is parallel to the chain link base area, and the third axis lies outside the first plane. A tool magazine for a machine tool includes a link chain from chain links for the tool transport.

摘要: A tool changing device for a tool machine having a tool spindle which can be moved at least in the spindle direction and with which a tool can be engaged in a spindle hand-over position. A tool magazine/storage area houses a tool to be changed in a magazine ready position with an orientation diverging from the spindle direction. A transport device is fitted with a tool holder which, by means of an operating device provided with a driving guide/guide path, swivels the tool about a swiveling axis during its transport from the ready position in the tool magazine and an orientation parallel to the spindle direction. The transport device is designed for an entire transport path between the magazine ready position and a spindle hand-over position. The transport device is aligned with the rotation axis of the stored tool. The swiveling axis runs perpendicularly to the transport direction and the spindle axis.

摘要: The present invention relates to an apparatus and to a method for compensation of errors of a numerically controlled machine tool, which has at least one controllable machine axis for relative positioning of at least one workpiece relative to one or more machining devices. The method comprises detecting actual measured values of at least one input variable describing a state of the machine tool by means of sensors on the machine tool, providing at least one compensation parameter to be utilized by a control device of the machine tool on the control device of the machine tool and compensating errors on the machine tool on the basis of the compensation parameter provided to the control device. The compensation comprises the compensation of thermal errors, the compensation of geometric errors and the compensation of errors on the basis of the dynamics of the machine.

摘要: The present invention relates to methods and devices for compensating for a thermally induced change in position on a numerically controlled machine tool, wherein: a characteristic map describing the thermoelastic behaviour of the machine tool is provided to a control system of the machine tool; one or more temperature values are determined by means of one or more temperature sensors on the machine tool; one or more compensation parameters are determined on the control system of the machine tool on the basis of the one or more temperature values determined and of the characteristic map provided; and wherein a temperature-dependent change in position on the machine tool is performed according to the one or more compensation values determined. According to the invention, the characteristic map provided is adjusted or updated by means of a neural network running on a computer.
