摘要: A method is provided for one-step-shape/material-transformation, high—2D/3D/4D-precision, high-efficiency, and scalable in situ 4D additive-subtractive manufacturing of ceramics in aerospace fields. The printed ceramics exhibited a high flame ablation performance with the integration of 2D printing (ALD) and 3D/4D printing of ceramic materials. The proposed paradigm can be extended to other high-temperature materials to build ceramic/metal composite structures.

摘要: Disclosed are a polymer composite material and a preparation method thereof. The polymer composite material includes a polymer base layer and a metal thin film layer provided on a surface of the polymer base layer. The metal thin film layer is made of amorphous alloy. The surface of the polymer base layer is provided with a metal thin film with an amorphous structure. In this way, the arrangement of the metal thin film with amorphous structure can not only improve the mechanical properties, wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the polymer substrate material, but also can greatly improve the toughness of the polymer substrate material, to simultaneously improve the strength and toughness of the polymer material.

摘要: An evaporator for solar desalination and a preparation method thereof and use thereof are provided. The evaporator has a porous skeleton, interconnected channels, and a hydrophobic decoration. The interconnected channels are formed from gaps of the porous skeleton, and the hydrophobic decoration is positioned on the surface of the porous skeleton. The evaporator is for sustainable solar water evaporation even in highly salty water. Specifically, the continuous evaporation for 24 h without salt precipitation in 20 wt % NaCl solution can be realized.

摘要: A Raman detection system has a Raman spectrometer and a fixing light shielding stand. One end of the fixing light shielding stand is fixedly connected to the Raman spectrometer, and the other end is disposed with an entrance groove for a needle-like SERS probe to enter. A slot for fixing the needle-like SERS probe is formed at an end of the entrance groove, and the slot and the needle-like SERS probe match in shape and size. The Raman detection system has a fixing light shielding device with a dark color groove and a focal length. The groove can be used for limiting the rolling of the curved surface structure of the needle-like SERS probe. A laser can be focused on the curved surface more accurately by adjusting the distance from the instrument detector to the SERS probe.
