    摘要: A smart pet collar apparatus for pet training and safety includes a collar having a plurality of adjustment apertures extending from the collar. A buckle frame has a buckle cavity, a first buckle bar, and a second buckle bar. A prong is coupled to the second buckle bar and is selectively engageable with the plurality of adjustment apertures. A battery is coupled within the buckle cavity. A charge port, a microprocessor, a GPS tracker, a transceiver, and a plurality of control buttons are coupled to the buckle frame. The charge port is in operational communication with the battery. The GPS chip and the transceiver are in operational communication with the battery and the microprocessor. The transceiver is configured to interact with a smartphone.

Such isolated cellobiohydrolases exhibit from 45% to about 99.9% amino acid sequence identity to amino acids 1-436 of SEQ ID NO: 1 or to amino acids 1-438 of SEQ ID NO: 2 and improved activity on process substrates. Also provided are genetic constructs and genetically modified microbes for expressing the isolated cellobiohydrolases, a process for producing the isolated cellobiohydrolases, cellulase enzyme mixtures comprising the isolated cellobiohydrolase and a process for hydrolyzing a cellulosic substrate with such cellulase enzyme mixtures.

    摘要: The present invention provides a pin and tumbler cylinder lock and a retrofitted cylinder lock which minimizes unauthorized openings of the lock by bumping. The cylinder lock utilizes specially designed driver pins which are correlated in size to the largest possible stack height of the tumbler pins with a bump key inserted in the plug portion of the lock and the shear line height of the lock. All the driver pins are about the same height and preferably symmetrical with a lip on each end. The invention also provides a method for retrofitting existing locks by removing at least one of the driver pins and replacing the removed driver pin or pins with the driver pins of the invention.

    摘要: An enzyme mixture for the enzymatic hydrolysis of a pretreated lignocellulosic feedstock to soluble sugars is provided. Also provided is a process for hydrolyzing a pretreated lignocellulosic feedstock with an enzyme mixture. The enzymatic hydrolysis comprises adding a cellulase enzyme mixture to a pretreated lignocellulosic feedstock. The cellulase enzyme mixture comprises a primary cellulase mixture of CBH1 and CBH2, and EG1 and EG2. The CBH1 and CBH2 being present at greater than or equal to 55% and less than 85% of the primary cellulase mixture. Furthermore, CBH2 is present at a fraction relative to CBH1 and CBH2, and EG2 is present at a fraction relative to the EG1 and EG2.

Also provided are processes for converting a pretreated lignocellulosic feedstock to soluble sugars using the enzyme mixtures, and methods of using and producing such enzyme mixtures.

    摘要: A remotely actuated manhole system is disclosed having a cover that is pivotable relative to a frame secured with a collar on a bulk carrier, the cover being pivotable around a substantially vertical axis between and to open and closed positions. In the closed position covering an opening to a compartment in the bulk carrier, the cover is shiftable vertically between and to locked and unlocked positions by an inflatable seal member below the cover. The manhole system includes catches that prevent over-rotation of the cover from the open position to the closed position, and the catches engage in the locked position by the vertical upward movement of the cover. The inflation of the seal member and the pivoting of the cover are remotely actuated.

    摘要: A method for forming a semiconductor device comprises forming a dielectric layer over a semiconductor wafer substrate assembly having closely spaced regions, such as a memory transistor array, and widely spaced regions, such as a periphery. Under conditions specified, the dielectric layer forms to have a first thickness over the closely spaced regions and a second thickness over the widely spaced regions. The second thickness is much thinner than the first thickness and dielectric over the widely spaced regions may be etched away with a blanket etch which leaves the majority of the dielectric layer over the closely spaced regions.
