摘要： The present invention relates to methods for detecting antigen responsive cells in a sample using multidimensional labeled antigen presenting compounds, such as antigen-major histocompatibility complexes (NHC). Further, the present invention relates to the use of the present multidimensional labeled antigen presenting compounds, such as antigen-major histocompatibility complexes (MHC), for detecting antigen responsive cells in a sample, preferably a single sample, such as a blood sample. The present method allows high-throughput analysis of specific antigen responsive cells, such as T- and B-cells, thereby providing, for example, high-throughput methods for monitoring of diseases or conditions and the development of immunotherapeutics, vaccines, or the identification epitopes or immunogenic amino acid sequences.

摘要： A distributed storage system is provided. The distributed storage system includes multiple front-end servers and zones for managing data for clients. Data within the distributed storage system is associated with a plurality of accounts and divided into a plurality of groups, each group including a plurality of splits, each split being associated with a respective account, and each group having multiple tablets and each tablet managed by a respective tablet server of the distributed storage system. Data associated with different accounts may be replicated within the distributed storage system using different data replication policies. There is no limit to the amount of data for an account by adding new splits to the distributed storage system. In response to a client request for a particular account's data, a front-end server communicates such request to a particular zone that has the client-requested data and returns the client-requested data to the requesting client.

摘要： Various embodiments of a battery detector are provided. In one aspect, a battery detector of a portable electronic device is applied to a battery module without an identification (ID) terminal. When the portable electronic device receives a direct current (DC) voltage provided by an external transformer to conduct a startup procedure, the battery detector detects whether the battery module is connected to the portable electronic device or not, and prevents the portable electronic device from conducting erroneous operations.
