Abstract:
In a mirror for an automobile, the adoption of resin mirror body to a mirror plate can decrease the weight of the mirror body, and the mirror plate is fixed onto a mirror holder through the welding. Therefore, this eliminates the usage of both-sided adhesive tape or adhesive agent, makes assembly processes less complicated, and thus the reduction in production cost is achieved. Furthermore, since the mirror plate can be fixed onto the mirror holder firmly and strongly even when the mirror plate is not pressed strongly to the mirror holder, excessive load on the mirror holder or the mirror plate becomes avoided. In addition, at the time of the production stage, some dimensional variation in the edge part of the mirror holder or the peripheral edge of the mirror plate becomes easily acceptable.
Abstract:
An applicator which includes a rear barrel 1; an ink occlusion element 10 accommodated in rear barrel 1; an ink occlusion element receiver 20 opposing the front end part of ink occlusion element 10; a see-through front barrel 30 fitted to the opening of rear barrel 1, a detection tube 40 inserted in front barrel 30 for flowing ink from ink occlusion element 10; a joint core 50 supported by detection tube 40 and flowing out ink from ink occlusion element 10; and a pen core 60 supported by detection tube 40 and disposed on the opposite side of joint core 50 with a detection space 63 from joint core 50. Detection tube 40, joint core 50 and pen core 60 are formed into an integral structure. It is possible to exactly grasp the ink end state in a visual manner, based on the presence/absence of ink in detection space 63 of detection tube 40.
Abstract:
An aspect of the present invention is to provide a mirror surface angle adjusting device in which an assembly error between first housing (A1) and second housing (A2) does not affect the assembly accuracy of worm wheels (A71) badly, and which can be assembled by simple and prompt processes. The mirror surface angle adjusting device according to the aspect is characterized in that the worm wheels (A71) contained in the actuator (A) are held by the second housing (A2) in such a way that the worm wheels are not detached along their respective central axes and rotate around the respective central axes. This mirror surface angle adjusting device can be assembled by simple and prompt processes. In addition, even if there is any assembly error between the first housing (A1) and the second housing (A2), this error does not affects the assembly accuracy of the worm wheels (A71) badly.
Abstract:
A mirror surface adjustment actuator according to the present invention includes a housing front member for accommodating a dual axis motor as a driving part, a worm gear as an extending/contracting part, or the like; a mirror holder on which a side mirror is fixed; and a housing rear member for supporting the mirror holder which is freely inclinable. The dual axis motor includes a motor body, two rotary axes, and three male terminals. A method for manufacturing the mirror surface control actuator is also provided.
Abstract:
A vehicle mirror actuator includes an actuator housing, a first motor, and a second motor. The second motor is provided in the actuator housing and configured to adjust a mirror angle in a second direction of a mirror. The first motor is provided in the actuator housing between the second motor and the mirror and configured to adjust a mirror angle in a first direction of the mirror.
Abstract:
For a turn lamp unit, a reflecting member is disposed in an inner space formed by a housing and lens section, wherein the reflecting member is fixed to the housing by a screw. The head portion of the screw is disposed inside a screw housing space arranged at the housing, and an opening of the screw housing space is closed by a waterproof moisture-transmission section. Further, since the inner space and screw housing space are communicated with each other through a breathing hole, one end of the breathing hole is continuous with the inside of the screw housing space closed by the waterproof moisture-transmission section, and the other end of the breathing section is continuous with the inside of the inner space.

Abstract:
A vehicle interior accessory retainer includes a base, a base inner and a plate spring. In the base inner, upper and front openings are formed in upper and front parts, respectively, side walls are formed in side parts in the upper opening, a lower part is formed at a position opposite to the upper opening with the side walls in between, and a stay mount part is provided in the lower part. The plate spring has a planar portion, upright portions, and base-retaining pieces. The stay mount part has a projection. A nip part is formed between the projection and the lower part of the base inner. A through hole is formed in the planar portion in the plate spring. A tension applying part is formed between the upper surface of the lower part in the base inner and the projection in the stay mount part.
Abstract:
A mirror angle controller is provided which includes a pivot plate (H) which is attached to a reverse side of a mirror (M), and an actuator (A) which holds the pivot plate (H), in which the actuator (A) includes a housing (A1), a rod (A3) which pushes and pulls the pivot plate (H), and a motor which provides driving force to the rod (A3), in which, a ringed holder (121) which is placed to surround the rod (A3) is formed in the housing (A1), and in which the pivot plate (H) includes a ringed sliding part (H31) which is contact with and arbitrarily slides on the holder (121), and an engaging part which is engaged with an end of the rod (A3) so as to securely hold the mirror (M).
