摘要: A pair of identical, specially-shaped, and specially-sized flow diverters is provided. In order to concentrate the flow of water passing over a waterfall, such as an ornamental backyard spa or swimming pool waterfall, a first flow diverter is attached adjacent a first sidewall of the waterfall structure, and a second flow diverter is attached adjacent a second sidewall of the waterfall structure. Water passing by the sidewalls is directed inwardly away from the sidewalls, thereby narrowing the flow of water over the fall and reducing overspray and reducing mineral build up and scale problems. In one novel aspect, an assemblage (a saleable product) includes a product container, the pair of flow diverters disposed in the container, a tube of silicone adhesive disposed in the container, and a set of printed usage instructions disposed in the container.

摘要: A sub stream auto sampling system includes an inspection unit and a sorter unit. The inspection unit includes a camera configured to capture an image of a sample, a light configured to illuminate a sample, a processor configured to process the captured image, and a memory configured to store the captured image. The sorter unit is configured to divert a sub stream of samples, from a main stream of samples, toward the inspection unit. The output of the inspection unit may be directed to the main stream of samples, or the output of the inspection unit may be directed to a collection unit. In addition to the inspection performed by the inspection unit, weighing of the sub stream of samples may also be performed by a weighing unit before the sub stream of samples are routed to the main stream of samples or the collection unit.

摘要: A method of enhanced error handling for 5G QoS operations associated with a PDU session is proposed. A QoS operation can be received via a PDU session modification procedure. In one example, the QoS operation is to create a new QoS rule for a PDU session, however, there is an existing QoS rule having the same QoS rule ID (QRI). The UE detects whether the QoS operation will causing the PDU session have no default QoS rule or have more than one default QoS rules. If the existing QoS rule is a default QoS rule, or if the new QoS rule have a default QoS rule (DQR) indication bit set to be true, then the UE rejects the QoS operation and indicates a QoS operation error to the network.

摘要: A network device includes a Network Interface Device (NID) and multiple servers. Each server is coupled to the NID via a corresponding PCIe bus. The NID has a network port through which it receives packets. The packets are destined for one of the servers. The NID detects a PCIe congestion condition regarding the PCIe bus to the server. Rather than transferring the packet across the bus, the NID buffers the packet and places a pointer to the packet in an overflow queue. If the level of bus congestion is high, the NID sets the packet's ECN-CE bit. When PCIe bus congestion subsides, the packet passes to the server. The server responds by returning an ACK whose ECE bit is set. The originating TCP endpoint in turn reduces the rate at which it sends data to the destination server, thereby reducing congestion at the PCIe bus interface within the network device.

摘要: A pipelined run-to-completion processor includes no instruction counter and only fetches instructions either: as a result of being prompted from the outside by an input data value and/or an initial fetch information value, or as a result of execution of a fetch instruction. Initially the processor is not clocking. An incoming value kick-starts the processor to start clocking and to fetch a block of instructions from a section of code in a table. The input data value and/or the initial fetch information value determines the section and table from which the block is fetched. A LUT converts a table number in the initial fetch information value into a base address where the table is found. Fetch instructions at the ends of sections of code cause program execution to jump from section to section. A finished instruction causes an output data value to be output and stops clocking of the processor.

摘要: An optical scanning system includes a radiating source capable of outputting a light beam, a time varying beam reflector that is configured to reflect the light beam through a scan lens towards a transparent sample at an incident angle that is not more than one degree greater or less than Brewster's angle of the transparent sample, and a focusing lens configured to be irradiated by light scattered from the transparent sample at an angle that is normal to the plane of incidence of the moving irradiated spot on the transparent sample. A first portion of the light beam is scattered from a first surface of the transparent sample and a second portion of the light beam is scattered from a second surface of the transparent sample. A spatial filter is configured to block the second portion of the light beam scattered from the second surface of the transparent sample.
