摘要: A multi-tray medication dispensing apparatus and a method of use provides secure storage and dispensing of controlled substances and supplemental/alternative medication while providing remote assistance and monitoring. The apparatus includes at least two motorized medication trays for automatic dispensing of medication. Medication tray compartments can be filled manually or filled by inserting a prefilled blister pack containing sealed medication. The apparatus further comprises a secure tamper resistant housing, plurality of sensors, an optional reclamation safe, and a wireless communication module to notify remote operators of suspected illegal/unauthorized access. The apparatus can be configured in different form factors including, a portable desktop configuration, a wearable configuration designed for attaching to a person's wrist, arm, foot, etc. The apparatus can dispense a controlled substance or supplemental/alternative medication based upon a dispensing schedule and/or inputs from the user, wherein the supplemental/alternative medication is alternatively dispensed to control addition and/or proper use.

摘要: A method and apparatus for Secure Storage and Dispensing of Opioid (SSDO) or other controlled substances while providing remote assistance and monitoring. In one embodiment, the apparatus comprises a motorized medication tray for automatic dispensing of pills with optional blister pack containing sealed medication. The device further comprises of a secure tamper resistant housing mechanism, plurality of sensors along with a wireless communication module to notify the remote operators in case of illegal and unauthorized access. 摘要: A golf backswing training device comprising a body. The body is formed having a unitary construction formed in a hollow oblate (flattened) hemispheroid shape, including a golf backswing training device body front panel, a golf backswing training device body rear panel and an arched segment extending therebetween. The golf backswing training device body front panel and rear panel are designed having like half elliptical shapes. The body is fabricated of a flexible, rigid material having a modulus of elasticity enabling the body to be compressed when a force is applied and returning to the original shape when the force is removed. The golf backswing training device is placed proximate a golfer's arm pit for use. The golfer would retain the body in position during a swing. This positions an arm of the golfer in a proper position during a backswing, thus creating proper muscle memory, thus improving the golfer's game.

摘要: A tension airfoil assembly includes an outer rim located concentrically with a hub supported by a plurality of spokes, each spoke extending therebetween. A series of airfoils, each airfoil having an aerodynamically lifting shape extending between a leading edge and a trailing edge. Each airfoil of the series of airfoils is assembled to the tension airfoil assembly by coupling an area of the airfoil proximate the leading edge to a leading edge spoke and an area of the airfoil proximate the trailing edge to a trailing edge spoke. The airfoils are arranged having a gap provided between the trailing edge of each forward located airfoil and the leading edge of each trailing located airfoil. The tension airfoil assembly can be employed as a propulsion and/or lifting device integrated into a vehicle, such as an airplane, a helicopter, a tandem rotor helicopter, etc.

The location can be observable by viewers at a predefined minimum viewing distance. The chlorophyll-based agent can be used to paint the predetermined design on the living greenery. The chlorophyll-based agent can be non-detrimental to the health of the living greenery. The predetermined design painted on the living greenery with the chlorophyll-based agent can be only viewable by viewers at the predefined minimum viewing distance. Living greenery treated with the chlorophyll-based agent can be visibly distinguishable from and shinier than neighboring untreated living greenery. When a viewer is nearer than the minimum predefined viewing distance, a difference in shine and color between the treated living greenery and the untreated living greenery can be substantially unnoticeable.

摘要: A magnetized item retention assembly comprising at least one magnetized element at least partially embedded with a formed non-magnetic body adapted for integration or attachment to a power tool or portable power pack for the power tool. The magnetized element(s) are placed and retained within cavities formed within an interior of the body. The body can be fabricated as a unitary molded component or an assembly comprising a plurality of molded components. The multiple part design would include an assembly step for joining the separate components. The magnetized element(s) are used to temporarily retain magnetic objects, such as screws, drill bits, driver bits, etc. The body can have a planar shape, an inverted “U” shape, or any other suitable shape. The assembly can be attached to the drill using any suitable adhesive. The legs of the inverted “U” shape protect the objects, while supporting the tool when not in use.

摘要: A spacer formed of an intermetallic compound, such as nitinol. The spacer includes at least two segments shaped in opposing arches. The unique properties of the intermetallic compound enable the material to be deformed into a planar, insertable shape when the material is cooled below a transition temperature and returns to the undeformed shape when the material returns to an ambient, operational temperature. An expansion mechanism assembly engages with the spacer to apply an expansion force, extending the spacer longitudinally drawing the spacer into the planar configuration. The expansion mechanism assembly can be used to guide the spacer into the desired position within the patient. The spacer control mechanism assembly is subsequently removed, relieving the expansion force, returning the spacer to the natural un-deformed, arched shape as it returns to body temperature. Retention features can be integrated in the spacer to aid in retaining the spacer in location.
