    摘要: A spectrographic system includes a space-borne spectrometer in communication with a ground-based processor. The space-borne spectrometer may include an interferometer, a detector array downstream from the interferometer, and a spectrometer controller configured to cooperate with the detector array to collect Fourier Transform Spectral (FTS) data, generate Principle Component Analysis (PCA) scores from the collected FTS data, generate an approximate interferogram based upon the PCA scores and the collected FTS data, generate residuals based upon the approximate interferogram, and generate compressed FTS data based upon the PCA scores and residuals to be sent to the ground-based processor.

    摘要: A bipolar junction transistor (BJT) may include a substrate defining a collector region therein. A first superlattice may be on the substrate including a plurality of stacked groups of first layers, with each group of first layers including a first plurality of stacked base semiconductor monolayers defining a first base semiconductor portion, and at least one first non-semiconductor monolayer constrained within a crystal lattice of adjacent first base semiconductor portions. Furthermore, a base may be on the first superlattice, and a second superlattice may be on the base including a second plurality of stacked groups of second layers, with each group of second layers including a plurality of stacked base semiconductor monolayers defining a second base semiconductor portion, and at least one second non-semiconductor monolayer constrained within a crystal lattice of adjacent second base semiconductor portions. An emitter may be on the second superlattice.

    摘要: A mobile ad hoc network (MANET) includes a first MANET node having a first radio frequency (RF) transceiver and a first controller coupled thereto to generate RF transmissions. A second MANET node has a second RF transceiver configured to communicate with the first RF transceiver, and a second controller coupled to the second RF transceiver. The second controller is configured to cooperate with the second RF transceiver to receive the RF transmissions from the first MANET node, generate a normalized reception value based upon the received RF transmissions and send the normalized reception value to the first MANET node. The first controller is configured to control a transmit power level for a subsequent RF transmission based upon the normalized reception value from the second MANET node.

    摘要: A system for reconciling pharmacy payments may include pharmacy devices, each associated with a respective pharmacy generating respective pharmacy claims, and provider payment devices, each generating a paper log of payment data associated with payment of the pharmacy claims. A pharmacy payment reconciliation device may generate and store electronic historical records of payment data based upon user entry from the paper log of payment data, and determine a predicted claim for a current pharmacy payment based upon the stored electronic historical records. The pharmacy payment reconciliation device may display the predicted claim in a field for user entry of a corresponding current payment, and accept user confirmation or correction of the predicted claim in the field for user entry of the corresponding current payment to thereby assist the user in entry from the paper log of payment data.
