A driven signal is outputted from the servo driven control card to the motor driver to drive a motor.

The control unit receives the first and second switch signals, determines the work mode of the CNC machine according to the first switch signal, and convert the second switch signals to command signals. The command signal converting unit converts the command signals into operation signals. The pulse signal generating unit generates pulse signals. The operation signal output unit outputs the operation signals and the pulse signals to the CNC machine via the communication plug.

    摘要: A measuring apparatus is provided for measuring a diameter of a hole. The measuring apparatus includes a sensor unit, a data processing unit, and a display unit. The sensor unit includes a probing member. The probing member includes a plurality of probes with contact ends being arranged on a circumference, and a plurality of angle sensors. The probes are capable of contacting the inner surface of the hole. The angle sensors are arranged on each of the probes to obtain digitally an angle value of each splaying probe contacting the inner surface of the hole. The data processing unit is configured for receiving the angle value generated by the sensor unit and computing the diameter of the hole according to the value of an angle. The display unit is configured for displaying the diameter computed by the data processing unit. A method is also provided for using the measuring apparatus.

The processor assigning control system is capable of detecting connection statues between the plurality of processor and a communication bus, and performance of the processors, to obtain and assign the control instructions to the corresponding processors to dynamically deploy the processors.

    摘要: A tool compensation system for compensating abrasion of a tool includes a rangefinder, a control system, and a compensation apparatus. The compensation apparatus includes an actuator, a transmission element, and a regulator. The rangefinder measures an actual length of the tool. The control system calculates a compensation value according to the actual length, and outputs a control instruction to the compensation apparatus according to the compensation value. The transmission element is actuated by the actuator to move a distance equaling to the compensation value in response to receiving the control instruction. The regulator is configured for supporting an article to be machined by the tool, and capable of moving towards the tool under the actuation of the transmission element, to compensate for abrasion of the tool.
