摘要: A first stack is formed by stacking a first sheet of metal foil, a first prepreg, and a second sheet of metal foil, one on top of another. The first prepreg is thermally cured by thermally pressing these members to make a double-sided metal-clad laminate. Conductor wiring is formed by partially removing the first sheet of metal foil from the double-sided metal-clad laminate to make a printed wiring board. After a third sheet of metal foil has been preheated, the conductor wiring of the printed wiring board, a second prepreg, and the third sheet of metal foil are stacked one on top of another and thermally pressed together. The first insulating layer has a lower linear expansion coefficient than any of the first sheet of metal foil or the second sheet of metal foil does.

摘要: The present application provides a calender, a floor production line and a production method using the calender, wherein the calender comprises a calendering roller rack and a set of calendering rollers arranged on the calendering roller rack. The set of calendering rollers comprises a plurality of calendering rollers arranged in a line and not vertically. The present application changes the arrangement of the calendering rollers. The calendering rollers are arranged in a line, not vertically. This arrangement reduces the overall height of the calender, decreases the requirements of the calender on the height of the factory building and facilitates long-distance transportation by containers. Using the calender to assemble the floor production line, the height space of the factory building occupied by the production line can be saved.

The top layer may consist of a printed thermoplastic film and a thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer provided on the printed thermoplastic film. The top layer may be directly adhered to the substrate by heat welding the printed thermoplastic film and the top side of the substrate, in the absence of a glue layer. The substrate may be a synthetic material board including a filler. The substrate at least at two opposite edges may include coupling means provided in the synthetic material board. The thermoplastic transparent or translucent layer may be provided with a structure.
