摘要: The present invention relates to a polypeptide comprising a) a binding peptide binding to at least one protein selected from the group consisting of CD22, CD19, CD20, and CD21, and b) an immunogenic peptide comprising at least one T-cell epitope for use in vaccination of a subject against B-cell hyperproliferation or for use in the modulation of the immune response in a subject. The present invention further relates to a polynucleotide and a vector encoding said polypeptide and a host cell comprising the same. It also relates to a method for the stimulation of antigen-specific T-cells, comprising a) contacting antigen presenting cells (APC) with a polypeptide, the polynucleotide, or the vector of the invention, b) contacting said APC with T-cells, and c) thereby stimulating antigen-specific T-cells specific for said at least one T-cell epitope; to a method for immunizing a subject against B-cell hyperproliferation, to a method for immunizing a subject against an infectious agent, and to a method for inducing tolerance in a subject.

摘要: The present disclosure provides fusion proteins that incorporate unique mechanisms for multimerizing antigens to enhance their immunogenicity. The fusion proteins comprise at least two antigens, or other vaccine related proteins, separated by a linker sequence and an oligomerization domain. When expressed, the fusion protein forms a muKimeric protein complex, This approach can be used to muHimeri?.e a single antigen/protein or to create multimers comprising two or more different antigens/proteins. Also provided are nucleic acids encoding the fusion proteins. Yet another aspect is directed to methods of inducing or suppressing an immune response in a subject by administering to the subject a vaccine composition comprising a fusion protein or nucleic acid encoding the fusion protein, optionally without using an adjuvant.

摘要: The present invention relates to a peptide comprising (A) (i) a first domain comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 60% sequence similarity with the sequence PDDRTLQ (SEQ ID NO:1); and (ii) a second domain covalently linked to the first domain and comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 60% sequence similarity with the sequence QNPVYLIPETVPYIKWDN (SEQ ID NO:2) or (B) (i) a first domain comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 60% sequence similarity with the sequence GSAKPGNGSYF (SEQ ID NO: 41); and (ii) a second domain covalently linked to the first domain, said second domain comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 60% sequence similarity with the sequence SVKTEMLGNEID (SEQ ID NO: 42), wherein the peptide binds to monoclonal antibody clone 72A1. This peptide may be useful for inducing the production of neutralizing antibodies against a gp350-expressing herpesvirus, such as Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), for example for immunizing or vaccinating an animal against a gp350-expressing herpesvirus, as well as for detecting the presence or absence neutralizing anti-gp350-expressing herpesvirus antibodies in a sample.
