摘要: Disclosed are systems, devices and methods for a quantitative aptamer-based viral assay. In some aspects, an aptamer-based viral assay device includes a substrate and a biochemical complex conjugated to the substrate, which comprises an aptamer that is initially bound to an enzyme-tagged complementary strand of nucleotides, the aptamer corresponding to an antigen of a virus (e.g., SARS-CoV-2) that has a higher binding affinity to the aptamer than the complementary strand of nucleotides, wherein, when the device is exposed to a solution containing the virus, the enzyme-tagged strand is released from the aptamer as the aptamer binds the antigen of the virus, such that the released enzyme is capable of converting a substance to an analyte that is measurable by a remote analyte meter to correlate with a parameter of the virus in the solution.

摘要: The present disclosure provides methods for the detection of target specific antibodies in samples. The methods include the detection of pathogen-specific antibodies, such as SARS-CoV-2 specific antibodies. Also included is a kit for use for the detection of pathogen specific antibodies in a sample. In one aspect, the disclosure provides a method of detecting the presence of a target specific antibody in a sample by (i) contacting the sample with a test cell comprising one or more exogenous nucleic acid sequences encoding one or more target proteins; and (ii) detecting the presence of the target specific antibody in the sample by contacting the immune complex of (i) with an anti-immunoglobulin (Ig) antibody, and detecting the anti-immunoglobulin (Ig) antibody, thereby detecting the presence of a target specific antibody.

摘要: The Rubella Virus Spike construct comprises at least one E1 component and one E2 component, which are linked together. The E1 component consists of the El envelope protein, whose C-terminal transmembrane region and intravirional domain are removed and whose N-terminus comprises the ectodomain of the El envelope protein. The E2 component consists of the E2 envelope protein whose transmembrane regions and intravirional domain removed and whose C-terminus comprising the ectodomain of the E2 envelope protein.
The C-terminus of the E2 component is connected to the N-terminus of the E1 component by direct fusion or by means of a linker to form an E1-E2 fusion protein.-

摘要: The disclosure provides a method of determining whether a subject is infected with a virus, comprising (1) testing whether a protein comprising an amino acid sequence of at least a part of the helicase domain of MDA5 protein and having a molecular weight of about 60 kDa is detected in a sample obtained from the subject; and (2) determining the subject is infected with the virus when the protein was detected. The disclosure also provides a monoclonal antibody capable of binding to the protein.
