摘要: A hydraulic circuit for a construction machine, capable of enhancing the effect of reducing a pressure loss due to return oil from a head-side chamber of a hydraulic cylinder, with a simple structure. The circuit includes a hydraulic cylinder, a control valve, a return pipeline, and a tank direct-communication line providing direct communication between the control valve and a tank separately from the return pipeline. The control valve has a flow path leading return oil from a head-side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder to the tank direct-communication line and a flow path leading return oil from a rod-side chamber of the hydraulic cylinder to the return pipeline.

The direction control valve includes a cylinder port that supplies the pressure oil to the hydraulic actuator, a bridge passage that is switchably connected and disconnected to the cylinder port according to a change in position of a first spool, and an internal passage that supplies the pressure oil discharged from the hydraulic pump to the bridge passage. The first spool is provided in the internal passage.

摘要: A hydraulic fluid flowpath includes a first flowpath and a second flowpath. The first flowpath connects a first pump port and a first chamber in a hydraulic cylinder. The second flowpath connects a second pump port and a second chamber in the hydraulic cylinder. The hydraulic fluid flowpath forms a closed circuit between a hydraulic pump and the hydraulic cylinder. A bleed-off flowpath bleeds off a portion of the hydraulic fluid from the second flowpath. A control valve connects the second flowpath to the bleed-off flowpath via a throttle when an operation amount of an operating member for lowering a work implement is less than a predetermined operation amount so that a hydraulic pressure in second flowpath is maintained at less than a relief pressure. The predetermined operation amount is less than or equal to the maximum operation amount for lowering the work implement.

摘要: Disclosed is a hydraulic construction machinery capable of operating a travel apparatus and a swing apparatus, when same are to be operated in combination, by means of working fluids supplied at the maximum discharge flow rate from a plurality of hydraulic pumps. A hydraulic construction machinery according to the present invention comprises: first and second hydraulic pumps; travel and swing motors connected to the first hydraulic pump; a hydraulic actuator connected to the second hydraulic pump; a main control valve comprising a first control valve and a second control valve, the first control valve controlling a working fluid supplied from the first hydraulic pump to the travel and swing motors, and the second control valve controlling the working fluid supplied from the second hydraulic pump to the hydraulic actuator; a first regulating valve, disposed on the most upstream side of a supply channel of the second hydraulic pump, for switching when the travel and swing motors are operated simultaneously so that the working fluid of the first hydraulic pump is supplied to the travel motor and the working fluid of the second hydraulic pump is supplied to the swing motor; a second regulating valve, disposed on the most downstream side of a supply channel of the second hydraulic pump, for switching when the travel and swing motors are operated simultaneously so as to close the most downstream opening of the supply channel of the second hydraulic pump; and an electronic proportional valve for outputting a control signal, corresponding to a control signal from a controller, to the first and second regulating valves when a manipulation signal, sensing whether the travel and swing motors are manipulated, is entered in the controller.

摘要: The Construction machinery includes at least two actuators, a main pump that generates hydraulic energy for driving the actuators, control valves disposed between the main pump and the actuators, a hydraulic pump motor driven by the generator motor that generates energy to be added to the hydraulic energy, and a controller that reduces hydraulic energy generated by the main pump when the hydraulic pump motor driven by the generator-motor generates energy. The construction machinery further comprises changeover valves that selectively change a location at which the energy from the hydraulic pump motor driven by the generator-motor is to be added according to the actuators. The controller changes a reduction rate of the hydraulic energy generated by the main pump depending on a specific actuator to which the energy is to be added.

摘要: The present invention is to reduce the flow rate of pressure oil discharged from a main pump and returned to a tank when specific work is executed with an operation amount of an operating device being made small in the state in which an engine is kept at an idling speed. According to the present invention, there is provided a main controller (20) which is capable of controlling the speed of an engine (11) to a normal work speed at which a work implement such as a boom (4) can perform normal work and which controls the speed of the engine (11) to an idling speed serving as a speed lower than the normal work speed when an operating device has returned from an operating position to a neutral position. Configuration is made such that the main controller (20) performs a control process for bringing the speed of the engine (11) to a specific work speed serving as a speed higher than the idling speed but lower than the normal work speed, on detecting execution of the specific work which is performed with an operation amount of the operating device such as a boom operating device (16) being kept small in a state in which the speed of the engine (11) is kept at the idling speed.

The lower track of a crawler excavator according to the present invention comprises: first and second rubber pads which are divisionally formed; a first steel plate which supports the bottom surface of the first rubber pad by surrounding the same, and has first hooks formed on the bottom surface thereof and coupling holes formed in a connection stepped-portion.
