摘要： Disclosed is a device for air purification, including: a base that may or may not be in direct contact with the surface on which it is placed, which base preferably has a rectangular contour; at least four side walls each including a filter, which side walls are preferably perpendicular to the base; an upper wall, on the face opposite its base including a prefilter-type filter formed of a flexible, foam or even fabric, honeycomb material; a source of electrical power; an air pressurizer connecting to the power source and ensuring the flow of air through the device; a duct between the filter on the upper wall and the air pressurizer. The pressurizer ensure air is sucked through the filter on the upper wall towards the air pressurizer, then flows from the pressurising to each filter in each side wall, before its discharge to the exterior of the device.

When a test is performed in which polydisperse polyalphaolefin particles having a peak in number in a particle size range of 0.1 to 0.2 μm are allowed to pass through the filter medium at a concentration of 0.2 to 0.5 g/m3 and a linear velocity of 5.3 cm/sec, the holding amount is 43.0 g/m2 or more from a moment when the holding amount reaches 20 g/m2 to when a moment the pressure drop reaches PD1+120 Pa, where PD1 is the pressure drop of the filter medium at the moment when the holding amount reaches 20 g/m2.

摘要： A method and apparatus for an inline air purification system is described herein. An example apparatus includes a housing, a high-velocity air flow guide, a filter assembly, and a fan. The high-velocity air flow guide includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion is configured to form a passage within the housing, and the second portion is configured to divert and accelerate air flow of the ambient air from the passage to a chamber of the housing. The filter assembly includes one or more filtering elements configured to receive the ambient air from the chamber. The fan is configured to draw the ambient air from the chamber through the filter assembly and to generate processed air from the ambient air. The housing is located in an HVAC duct, and occupies only part of the cross-sectional area of the duct. The remaining area of the duct accommodates bypass air flow to a primary fan in the HVAC system.
