摘要: A bio-electrode composition contains (A) a reaction composite of an ionic polymer material and a carbon particle. The component (A) contains the carbon particle bonding to the polymer containing a repeating unit having a structure selected from the group consisting of salts of ammonium, lithium, sodium, potassium, and silver formed with any of fluorosulfonic acid, fluorosulfonimide, and N-carbonyl-fluorosulfonamide. Thus, the present invention provides: a bio-electrode composition capable of forming a living body contact layer for a bio-electrode which is excellent in electric conductivity and biocompatibility, light-weight, and manufacturable at low cost, and which prevents significant reduction in the electric conductivity even when wetted with water or dried; a bio-electrode including a living body contact layer formed of the bio-electrode composition; and a method for manufacturing the bio-electrode.

摘要: There is provided a method for producing hypromellose phthalate (HPMCP), the method not requiring any special device, and facilitating removal of impurities. More specifically, there is provided a method for producing HPMCP, including an esterification step of esterifying hypromellose with a carboxybenzoylating agent in the presence of an aliphatic carboxylic acid to obtain a reaction product solution containing HPMCP; a precipitation step of precipitating the HPMCP by mixing the reaction product solution with water to obtain a suspension of the precipitated HPMCP; a neutralization step of neutralizing the suspension with a basic substance to obtain a neutralized suspension; and a washing step of washing the HPMCP contained in the neutralized suspension to obtain the washed HPMCP.

摘要: This room temperature-curable composition contains: (A) a prescribed polyoxyalkylene compound which has two reactive silicon groups (silyl groups having 1 hydroxy group or 1-3 organo-oxy groups) per molecule, with one reactive silicon group at each molecular chain terminal, and in which the main chain is a prescribed polyoxyalkylene-based polymer; (B) an inorganic filler; (C) a hydrolyzable (organo)silane compound and/or a partial hydrolytic condensation product thereof as a curing agent; (D) a silane coupling agent; and (E) a curing catalyst. Produced by this configuration is a cured product which exhibits excellent silicone oil resistance, excellent curing properties and good elongation and adhesive properties.

摘要: There is provided a method for efficiently produce hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose phthalate (HPMCP) having excellent flowability, where acetic acid in a reaction product mixture subjected to a wash and recovery step can be reduced. More specifically, there is provided a method for producing HPMCP including an esterification step of esterifying hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) with phthalic anhydride in acetic acid as a solvent to obtain a reaction product solution containing HPMCP; a water addition step of adding water to the reaction product solution to obtain a water-added reaction product solution; an acetic acid removal step of removing at least a portion of the acetic acid from the water-added reaction product solution to obtain a mixture having an acetic acid content reduced; and a wash and recovery step of washing the mixture and recovering the HPMCP.

The coating can be processed in thick film form to define a pattern having a fine size and perpendicularity, and becomes a cured coating which has improved adhesion to substrates, electronic parts, semiconductor devices, and supports for circuit boards, mechanical properties, electric insulation, and crack resistance, and is reliable as an insulating protective film.
