    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some examples, a UE may receive an indication of a set of sounding reference signal (SRS) parameters corresponding to a set of SRS resources for transmitting SRSs, where the set of SRS resources may refer to frequency, or time, or both. In some examples, the SRS parameters may include, among other examples, a frequency allocation, a frequency overlap parameter, a number of allocated symbols, a comb value, a cyclic shift, a comb offset, a frequency hopping parameter, a repetition parameter, a symbol grouping parameter, or any combination thereof. The UE may determine an SRS configuration for the one or more SRSs based on the set of SRS parameters and transmit the one or more SRSs based on the configuration. In some examples, the SRS configuration includes a configuration for SRS frequency hopping, or SRS repetition, or both.

    Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for wireless communication scheduling. An example method that may be performed by a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, one or more configurations indicating wireless communication resources including at least one of a plurality of bandwidth parts (BWP) or a plurality of component carriers (CCs); receiving, from the base station, control signaling indicating a scheduling offset to communicate with the base station via at last one of the BWPs within at least one of the CCs; determining a value of the scheduling offset based at least in part on a minimum scheduling offset value; and taking at least one action in response to the determination.

    Abstract: Aspects relate to wireless communication having sounding reference signal (SRS) power control using non-scheduling downlink control information (DCI) that is configured to trigger aperiodic SRS without scheduling data and without a channel state information (CSI) request. The non-scheduling is configured to include at least two transmit power control (TPC) commands A first TPC command is configured for power control of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmitted by a UE to a base station. A second TPC command is configured for power control of one or more sounding reference signal (SRS) resource sets. Additionally, the first TPC command may be independent from the second TPC command where different power control is implemented for the PUSCH and the SRS transmissions. Additionally, the non-scheduling DCI may be formatted according to a DCI format 0_1 or a DCI format 0_2.

    Abstract: A victim user equipment (UE) may experience cross-link interference (CLI) from transmissions from an aggressor UE. The present disclosure provides for a cell-group transmission power control (TPC) command that allows the base station to adjust the transmission power of uplink transmissions on multiple cells in order to mitigate cross-link interference. A UE may receive the cell-group TPC command as a single downlink control information (DCI) that indicates a plurality of TPC commands for a plurality of cells that are configured for the UE. The UE may adjust a transmit power for a respective uplink transmission for each respective cell of the plurality of cells based on a respective TPC command of the plurality of TPC commands.

    Abstract: Apparatus, methods, and computer-readable media for facilitating interleaved uplink-downlink transmissions in full-duplex using unlicensed resources are disclosed herein. An example method for wireless communication of a user equipment (UE) includes receiving, from a base station, an indication of an interleaved configuration, the interleaved configuration corresponding to a full-duplex configuration including a first gap duration following a downlink transmission and a second gap duration following an uplink transmission. The example method also includes configuring at least one of uplink transmissions or downlink transmissions based on the indication. Additionally, the example method includes communicating with the base station via the interleaved configuration, communications with the base station including at least one of the uplink transmissions or the downlink transmissions.

    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, devices, apparatus and methods, including computer programs encoded on storage media, for grouping common DCI for CLI measurement and reporting. In a first aspect, a UE may receive DCI that is common to a group of UEs that includes the UE. The DCI may be configured to trigger at least one of an SRS transmission or a CLI measurement. The UE may transmit the SRS transmission and/or report the CLI measurement based on the DCI that is common to the group of UEs. In a second aspect, a base station may transmit at least one DCI that is common to the group of UEs to trigger the at least one of the SRS transmission or the CLI report for the group of UEs. The base station may receive the CLI report from at least a subset of UEs in the group of UEs.
