Abstract: Provided are a method of performing measurement and a device supporting the method. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for performing measurement in a wireless communication system includes: receiving a request of establishment or resume of a radio resource control (RRC) connection from an upper layer; and performing the measurement on neighbor cell according to the request. Further, the method for performing measurement in a wireless communication system includes: receiving a paging message including identity of the UE from a network; and performing the measurement on neighbor cell, upon receiving the paging message.

Abstract: As a channel busy ratio (CBR) is defined to measure the congestion of a PC5 interface in order to support an effective vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication, an eNodeB (eNB) transmits CBR information of a sidelink channel to a user equipment (UE) for each resource pool used for V2X communication. The user equipment which has received the CBR information determines if there is a usable CBR and, if it is determined that there is no usable CBR, can use the received CBR information.

Abstract: According to the present disclosure, a user equipment (UE) selects a carrier among a plurality of carriers, receives information on a channel busy ratio (CBR) threshold from a network, and triggers a carrier reselection. When a CBR of the carrier satisfies the CBR threshold, e.g. the CBR of the carrier is below than the CBR threshold, the UE keeps using the carrier. That is, the carrier reselection is not performed when the CBR of the carrier satisfies the CBR threshold. On the other hand, when a CBR of the carrier does not satisfy the CBR threshold, the UE performs the carrier reselection.

Abstract: A mobile terminal includes a first frame having a first side-face, a second frame moveable in a first direction or a second direction opposite to the first direction from the first frame, and having a second side-face facing the first side-face, and a slide bar positioned between the first side-face and the second side-face, and extending in the first direction, wherein the second frame moves in the first direction to convert a state of the mobile terminal from a first state in which the first frame and the second frame are overlapped with each other to a second state, and wherein the second frame moves in the second direction to convert the state from the second state to the first state. The mobile terminal reduces friction between the first and second frames through a simple slide structure, so that the state conversion between the first and second states is easy.
