Abstract: A slot scheduling method and apparatus are provided. A determined slot includes a first slot, the first slot includes a first idle time, and a time interval between a start moment of the first idle time and a start moment of the first slot is less than or equal to a preset time interval threshold, or a time interval between a start moment of the first idle time and an end moment of at least one OFDM symbol that is in the first slot and that is used to transmit control signaling is less than or equal to a preset time interval threshold. No first service is scheduled in the first idle time, thereby providing a transmission opportunity for a second service. In addition, time-domain locations of uplink transmission and downlink transmission of the first service and the second service do not overlap.

Abstract: A data transmission method and an apparatus relate to the communications field and are applied to data transmission to effectively reduce a collision reoccurrence probability after a device in a licensed-assisted access using Long Term Evolution (LAA-LTE) system preempts an unlicensed spectrum and collides with another device. A first device adjusts a detection moment or a quantity of detection times of clear channel assessment (CCA) of a channel in an unlicensed spectrum after the first device determines that the first device collides with another device when occupying the channel in the unlicensed spectrum to transmit data, and the first device occupies, according to an adjusted detection moment or an adjusted quantity of detection times of CCA of the channel in the unlicensed spectrum, the channel in the unlicensed spectrum to transmit data.

Abstract: A data transmission method and a device are disclosed and relate to the field of communications technologies, so that a channel resource preemption probability of a device can be effectively increased by reducing a CCA interval at which a CCA is performed on a channel resource. The method includes: determining, by a first device, a CCA start moment at which a clear channel assessment CCA is performed; determining, by the first device, a CCA interval, where the CCA interval is a time interval between two adjacent CCAs, and a time interval between any two adjacent CCAs is less than a preconfigured data frame period; performing, by the first device, a CCA process according to the CCA start moment and the CCA interval; and sending, by the first device, data at an end moment of the CCA process. The method and the device are used for data transmission.

Abstract: A data transmission method and a device where during downlink data transmission, a network side device generates second information based on first information and a second identifier and sends the second information to a second device, and in the sending process, the second information passes through a first device. In the process, the second information is generated by the network side device based on the first information and the second identifier of the second device. Therefore, when the second information reaches the first device, the first device can identify the second device as a destination of the second information. Network quality of service different from that of the first device is provided to the second device by distinguishing data of the first device and data of the second device.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention disclose a communication method and a communications apparatus. In the communication method, a network-side device determines a resource configuration policy. The network-side device determines an operation mode of a terminal based on the resource configuration policy; broadcasts information about a plurality of configured resource pools and the operation mode, so that the terminal performs sending based on the configured one or more resource pools; and determines, based on the operation mode, that the terminal sends information on one or more resource units of the plurality of resource pools. According to the communication method and the communications apparatus provided in the specific embodiments of the present invention, the one or more resource pools are configured for a plurality of carriers for inter-terminal communication, so that the terminal can send a message on the one or more resource pools of the plurality of carriers.
