摘要: In a method of magnetizing a material of a permanent magnet portion provided in a rotor for a permanent-magnet motor, the material of the permanent magnet portion is embedded inside the rotor body, while the permanent magnet material has anisotropy in a direction penetrating the permanent magnet portion in section, and then the rotor is incorporated in a magnetizing unit and held in a rotatable manner, and the permanent magnet material is magnetized by flowing a magnetizing current through windings under the condition that the rotor is rotatably held in the magnetizing unit. Thus, the permanent magnet material is completely magnetized in a normalized direction, and even if the rotor is shifted from the normalized position, the rotor is retained back to the normalized position by a magnetic torque.

摘要: An apparatus and a method for sample current spectroscopy surface measurement to inspect crystailnity of a sample surface. An electron beam is irradiated onto a surface of a sample by an electron gun. A variable voltage source supplies an acceleration voltage which is variable to change an acceleration energy of the electron beam irradiated from the electron gun onto the sample surface. A sample current measurement means measures a sample current which flows into a sample when the electron beam is irradiated from the electron gun onto the sample surface. Variation of the sample current is detected by measuring the sample current by the sample current measurement means when the acceleration energy of the electron beam irradiated by the electron gun onto the sample surface is changed by the variable voltage source, thereby crystallinity of the sample surface is inspected.

摘要: Addition of a compound, selected from the group consisting of water-soluble hydroxypyridine derivatives, chain or cyclic amide compounds, imidazole derivatives, hydroxycyclic amine compounds, azole compounds, azine compounds, amidine derivatives, and purine derivatives, as a clogging preventive to an ink composition containing a cationic, water-soluble polymer enables the ink composition to yield an image having good waterfastness and to be less likely to cause nozzle clogging.

摘要: A rotor of a motor includes a plurality of sets of permanent magnets 8a, 8b embedded in the rotor. Each includes a permanent magnet at an inner side and another permanent magnet at an outer side with a distance between them. Each permanent magnet 8a, 8b is formed like an arch projecting towards the center of the rotor. Magnetic flux flows easily through an interval between the permanent magnets at inner and outer sides, and the inductance in a q-axis is enlarged. Then, the reluctance torque is generated in addition to the magnet torque, and the motor has a high torque and a high output power.

摘要: A polyester resin composition comprises: an aliphatic polyester having a number-average molecular weight (Mn) in a range of 10,000 to 100,000; and a crystalline nucleating agent, wherein the aliphatic polyester and the crystalline nucleating agent are mixed in such that a half value width of an exothermic peak based on an annealing crystallization of the aliphatic polyester measured by differential scanning calorimetry in an atmosphere of nitrogen at a cooling rate of 3K/minute is not more than 15K. This polyester resin composition has a biodegradability and a high crystallization rate. The polyester resin composition also has excellent mechanical properties and eliminates a precise temperature control during a molding process which saves labor force resulting in desirable moldability and productivity. For the described beneficial properties, the polyester resin composition can be readily processed into a fiber, a molded article, sheet, film and the like. Accordingly, a film made of the polyester resin composition can be effectively used for disposable packing materials, miscellaneous goods for daily use, and the like.

摘要: In an apparatus for mounting electronic components of the invention, a moving part is attached to a frame of the apparatus and moved freely in front and rear directions by a moving device. Also, first and second movable members are attached to the moving part and freely and independently moved in right and left directions by first and second moving members. First and second fitting heads are attached to the first and second movable members, and independently and freely moved between a supply section and a mounting section in the frame. When the electronic components are held at the first and second fitting heads, the first fitting head moves the electronic components from the supply section to mount onto a substrate in one mounting section, and the second head moves the electronic components from the supply section to mount on a substrate of a different mounting section in the apparatus.
