    摘要: To provide a brushless DC motor drive circuit operating with low electric power without a hall element, etc., and to provide a drive circuit for brushless DC motor which may be generally started regardless of an amount of load or size of inertia moment.The drive circuit comprises a two-stage amplifying circuit comprised of transistors 13 and 14 for switching and amplifying a drive current to drive coils 11; a detecting coil 15 disposed together with the drive coils in a magnetic field of permanent magnets in a rotor, and connected to a base of the transistor 14 at one end; and a diode connected in series with the other end of the detecting coil 15 and provided between the base and an emitter of the transistor 14, wherein the diode controls and adjusts a base current of the transistor 14 such that the transistor 14 is turned on when induced electromotive force generated in the detecting coil 15 is a reverse voltage, and such that the transistor 14 is turned off when the induced electromotive force of the detecting coil 15 is a forward voltage.

    摘要: An axial air-gap motor stator and a fan thereof includes a motor stator. The motor stator includes multiple metal substrates stacked together. Each metal substrate has a port and multiple pole teeth disposed around the port. The two adjacent pole teeth on each metal substrate are disposed with a magnetic pole and the number of the pole teeth of each metal substrate is a natural number twice the number of the magnetic poles of each metal substrate. The magnetic poles of the metal substrates are arranged in a staggered manner. This avoids the problems of interference of magnetic poles and prevents the magnetic field from being affected.

    摘要: We describe a method of manufacturing a housing for the stator of an axial flux permanent magnet machine, the machine having a stator comprising a set of coils wound on respective stator bars and disposed circumferentially at intervals about an axis of the machine, and a rotor bearing a set of permanent magnets and mounted for rotation about said axis, and wherein said rotor and stator are spaced apart along said axis to define a gap therebetween in which magnetic flux in the machine is generally in an axial direction, the method comprising: fabricating a radial wall for said stator housing to be located in said gap between said rotor and said stator by: placing a resin membrane into a mould of an injection moulding machine; injection moulding a set of reinforcing features onto said membrane using a thermoplastic polymer bondable when molten with said resin; and manufacturing said housing using said radial wall.

The method comprises: fabricating a radial wall for said stator housing to be located in said gap between said rotor and said stator by: providing a membrane of fibre-reinforced polymer material; pressing a set of said stator bars into said membrane of fibre-reinforced polymer whilst said polymer is mouldable, wherein said reinforcement inhibits said stator bars from pushing through said membrane; solidifying said polymer to hold said set of stator bars in their respective positions; and manufacturing said housing using said radial wall.
