    摘要: A rotary electric machine includes a stator extending along an axis and having teeth arranged about the axis. The teeth are circumferentially spaced apart by slots. Conductors extend around the teeth and through the slots. The conductors are electrically connected to one another to form phases. Cooling devices are provided in the slots. Each cooling device is fluidly connected to an inlet tube for supplying cooling fluid to the cooling device and an outlet tube for removing cooling fluid from the cooling device. A manifold includes a first cooling channel fluidly connected to each inlet tube and a second cooling channel fluidly connected to each outlet tube such that all the cooling devices in the machine are fluidly connected in parallel.

    摘要: An electric machine for an electric drive train in a motor vehicle including a rotor that is rotatably mounted relative to a stator, the rotor having a rotor shaft with at least one first rotor member which is non-slidably arranged on the rotor shaft for conjoint rotation therewith, the stator having a first stator member and a second stator member which are spaced apart from one another; the first stator member has a first stator winding, and the second stator member has a second stator winding, the first stator winding being arranged within a first hydraulic chamber, and the second stator winding being arranged within a second hydraulic chamber, at least part of the stator windings being able to come into contact with a hydraulic fluid in the hydraulic chambers. The electric machine further including a hydraulic connection element which hydraulically connects the first hydraulic chamber to the second hydraulic chamber; at least one electric conductor of the first stator winding and/or of the second stator winding is arranged within the hydraulic connection element.

    摘要: Aircraft electric motors include a motor unit having a rotor and a stator. The stator includes a plurality of windings and cooling channels arranged to provide cooling thereto. A drive unit is configured to drive operation of the motor unit. A cooling system includes a working fluid arranged within a cooling fluid flow path, wherein the cooling fluid flow path includes a liquid cooling path configured to direct flow of the working fluid through, at least, the cooling channels of the motor unit and a vapor cooling path configured to direct flow of the working fluid through the drive unit and a separator arranged upstream of each of the liquid cooling path and the vapor cooling path and configured to direct a liquid portion of the working fluid into the liquid cooling path and configured to direct a vapor portion of the working fluid into the vapor cooling path.
