摘要: A coolant supply system for a drive device of an electrically operated vehicle axle of a two-track vehicle with an electric machine. The coolant supply system has an electric machine hydraulic circuit in which a coolant tank, the interior of a cylindrical stator housing and a stator housing sump are integrated, in which the coolant draining from the stator housing collects, which can be returned from there to the coolant tank by at least one return pump. The stator housing sump has a suction point on each of its axially opposite axial sides, from which the coolant can be sucked off by the return pump.

摘要: A rotary electric machine includes a stator extending along an axis and having teeth arranged about the axis. The teeth are circumferentially spaced apart by slots. Conductors extend around the teeth and through the slots. The conductors are electrically connected to one another to form phases. Cooling devices are provided in the slots. Each cooling device is fluidly connected to an inlet tube for supplying cooling fluid to the cooling device and an outlet tube for removing cooling fluid from the cooling device. A manifold includes a first cooling channel fluidly connected to each inlet tube and a second cooling channel fluidly connected to each outlet tube such that all the cooling devices in the machine are fluidly connected in parallel.

摘要: A cooling system includes a housing. A bottom of the housing has an installation position for installing a stator iron core. The cooling system further includes: an oil inlet cavity and an oil return cavity, an oil inlet and an oil outlet provided on an outer wall of the housing, an oil spraying hole and an oil return hole provided on an inner wall of the housing, and a plurality of oil diverting grooves provided at the bottom of the housing. The oil diverting grooves penetrate through the installation position. A stator component includes a stator iron core and the cooling system. An axial magnetic field motor includes the stator component.

The stator includes a magnetically conductive body and a winding system which is embedded in slots of the magnetically conductive body and which includes a main insulation arranged between a conductor of the winding system and a slot wall and including at least one recess provided in a cooling-channel impression of the main insulation to form at least one axial cooling channel extending between the main insulation and the slot wall, so that the at least one cooling channel borders the slot wall without insulation in direct contact with the slot wall. The winding system includes end windings which are also liquid-cooled. A can separates the stator and the rotor from one another and enables different cooling media for the stator and the rotor.

A drive unit is configured to drive operation of the motor unit. A cooling system includes a working fluid arranged within a cooling fluid flow path, wherein the cooling fluid flow path includes a liquid cooling path configured to direct flow of the working fluid through, at least, the cooling channels of the motor unit and a vapor cooling path configured to direct flow of the working fluid through the drive unit and a separator arranged upstream of each of the liquid cooling path and the vapor cooling path and configured to direct a liquid portion of the working fluid into the liquid cooling path and configured to direct a vapor portion of the working fluid into the vapor cooling path.
