    Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a New Radio (NR) user equipment (UE) may receive a configuration that configures the NR UE with a capability to use a Long Term Evolution (LTE) cell-specific reference signal (CRS) for updating a tracking loop. The NR UE may receive an LTE CRS. The NR UE may update the tracking loop based at least in part on the LTE CRS. Numerous other aspects are described.

    Abstract: A UE includes: a transceiver; a memory; and a processor configured to: receive first and second discontinuous reception configurations for first and second discontinuous reception groups; receive first and second positioning signal configurations for first and second positioning signals associated with the first and second discontinuous reception groups, respectively; measure the first positioning signal during a first active time of the first discontinuous reception group; and measure the second positioning signal during a fixed second active time or during a variable third active time, the fixed second active time having a fixed duration of the second discontinuous reception group and the variable third active time having a variable duration of the second discontinuous reception group.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. Some wireless devices may support a prediction capability for prediction-based control information. A first device may receive, from a second device, first control signaling that activates the predication capability of the first device to generate a set of one or more control parameters for communications. The second device may transmit second control signaling to the first device to indicate initial values of the control parameters and a channel condition model for the first device. The first device and the second device may generate a set of multiple values associated with the control parameters over a time period based on the initial values of the control parameters and the channel condition model. The first device and the second device may communicate during at least the time period according to the set of generated values associated with the control parameters.
